McDonald's — Restaurant in Los Angeles

You wrote a review for McDonald’s 9 minutes ago 1.0 star rating 6/18/2019 My daughter finished marching in the Memorial Day parade and we decided that she and her friends would be rewarded by eating lunch at our local McDonalds that we patron at least once a week. It was hot that day and my daughter took off her Girl Scout vest and accidentally left it behind. We didn't realize that was where she had left it until we needed it for a Girl Scout Bridging ceremony. I contacted the McDonalds and they said, "Yes! We know that vest. We threw it away. It was here for more than three days. Everything here for three days goes in the trash. Sorry. That is our policy." I was devastated. My little girl worked all year to earn those badges (that and the $40 vest are not cheap either!) and it was going to be a keepsake. A 2 minute Google search would have easily located our troop since it was on the vest, along with my daughter's name. How could you do that, McDonalds? How could you? We will never ever eat at this McDonalds again. Never. We are letting everyone we know the shameful, lazy, and unkind thing you did. Sure, that was irresponsible for my daughter to leave it there. But I really can't believe you would throw something so precious away after 3 days time. This wasn't some ratty t-shirt left behind. This was something a little Girl Scout, from a local troop, worked hard for all year....

So I decided to stop in and buy some Apple Pies. Since they have them for 2 for $1.50.

I had seen on the app that you could get an apple pie for 1/2 off. I parked and walked in. I decided to order off the kiosk menu. I placed the order and paid. Well to my surprise and I'm so glad that I doubled checked my order. The surprise was that the prices and items on the Kiosk and the prices on the menu including the deals - ARE DIFFERENT!

What the hell, the kiosk should be the same price and items as they are when ordering from the person at the cash register. I immediately asked for the manager. I explained to him and so all he suggested was that I should asked a question. I was like, the kiosk should be self explanatory without having to ask a question and should be more convenient way, but instead was the complete opposite.

WHAT, this is UNACCEPTABLE!!! The prices and the amount of items should be the same, not different. The what's the point of having them (kiosk) there in the first place, if you are not going to be receiving what is on the store menu.

This needs to be fixed. So beware and make sure you check your order before leaving. I'm sure glad that I did.

So from now on, when I do go to this or any McDonalds, I will just go directly to the cash register and...

I stopped by this Mcdonald like 30 minutes before 12pm to pickup my mobile order. I was around the area so this Mcdonald was the closest to me. I placed my mobile order first before heading to the place because I was down the street. I took advantage of their reward of get any size fries as long as you purchase a drink. I got a large coke and a large french fries. When I pulled into where McDonald is, there isn't a lot of parking so be aware. I went to the drive thru and there was no cars in line so I was able to just pull up to the ordering window. I give them my code and she told me to pull forward. I went to window 1 and she give me my receipt but didn't tell me which window to go to next. I went to window 2 but no one was there and saw a car just left window 3 so I went there. No one was at that window so I reverse back to window 2 because there was no cars behind me. The lady handed me my order and I left. The coke was delicious like always and the fries were much crispy than before here but still...
