So when I first got there I knew the energy was off. So i was waiting in line and it was my turn the guy told me âare you here to order or payâ and I said order cuz thatâs how I usually do it and the last time I came there i ordered there but the guy I think was gay said âyour not supposed to order here thatâs why it says here in the signâ like I know it was KINDA my fault for not seeing it cuz I was on my phone but like damn why do you have to give me an attitude, that was strike number 1, then when I went to the stupid machine I didnât know how to order cuz like i said I never did something like that so I asked a spectator for help and it said âI donât know how to do that, thatâs why the workers are hereâ like bro why do you have to give me attitude and I knew that they knew how to order with the Machine cuz there neck was literally combined With to their face, but thatâs not the point, I was like whatever and went back to try to use the machine but I didnât know how so I pressed the assistant button, it didnât do anything I waited for a little while and no one came so finally I went to the front to ask for help from the same gay guy and he said âya Iâll help youâ and I thought that was nice until I heard the next thing that came out of his mouth âIâm surprised you donât know how to use itâ and I feel like this little twink was trying to say something about my weight when Iâm not even big like him, like Iâm not as big as him, then I responded with well i DONT come here often and when we finally got to the machines I was like how do I order and he was like â letâs order firstâ I knew in that moment he was gay like it all clicked in my head, anyways I felt like I was rushed but whatever I got my mom her food because she couldnât drive to get her food because her back was hurting because sheâs having a baby. I had to wait in the front line again so I could pay and I gave him the receipt I got from the machine and that was it. So I sat down to wait and when I FINALLY got my food I left. The young lady was nice it was just the annoying guy I donât know his name but I know it was a WHITE man or teen I donât his name tho. I think people who get minimum wage of 5 dollars an hour should be giving anyone an attitude and should actually do there job that they work seriously instead of giving everyone an attitude. I went around 4:40 so if you see him make sure to give him an...
Read moreI sat down at a table and made a mobile order with Table Service (Table #114). The order never came. Ten minutes later I noticed that the McDonald's worker kept yelling out "number 1679!" No one responded or claimed it. I finally went to the counter to ask on the progress of my table service delivery and found out that the unclaimed food (#1679) was mine. The receipt on the tray had huge letters (TABLE #114) and in small print #1679. The staff don't recognize that it's Table service. I asked why it was not delivered to the table and the staff member didn't speak English. The staff member asked me to wait one moment (I assumed she would return with an English speaking representative) but she never came back. My party ate our food and when we were finished, we made a mobile order with Table Service for dessert. Minutes later, we experienced that the staff members were calling out a number for unclaimed dessert đ¨. We called out "is that for table #114?" And the staff member looked at us as if we're speaking a foreign language. Again, they don't recognize the moblie Table service and just treat it as a regular order. I asked at the counter if this restaurant honors mobile table service orders. Response "sorry, no English". I can hear English language being spoken by the staff serving drive thru, but it appears that indoor dining is Spanish only. At this point, after getting the "sorry no English" response twice, I decided that if I insisted on asking for an English speaking staff member, that I'd have to accept the fact that my future food would come with extra saliva. This restaurant is clean, it has a great location, and the staff are polite. As for the food, burgers were delicious. But the fries were cold, I am assuming because they sat unclaimed at the counter for so long. I hope they sort out the whole table service issue. Unfortunately, it appears that a customer must be bilingual to fully enjoy...
Read moreRaised prices in non-compliance with all but ONE location in the Valley (and that location is under same management/ownership) Cheapened items they have some control over, like the $5.00 salads are about 3/4 the amount of lettuce they were just a few weeks ago. I complained about this, and they acted like I was crazy. Iced Coffee is $1.00 MORE for the Large size here than at any other location other than the one in Tarzana, referred to above. They have turned off the circuit breakers that control voltage going out to the AC outlets scattered around the walls, and under some of the tables, that were SPECIFICALLY installed to give customers the ability to re-charge cel phones, etc, and to go on the advertised free wi-fi, without discharging their laptop batteries. This is shockingly negative and total cheapskate policy. They have taken to arbitrarily closing the dining lobby EARLY. some days as much as 2 hours early. A local customer can no longer depend on the posted door hours at this McDonalds. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNBUSINESSLIKE.
Tonight, for instance, after working and then driving a 2 hour commute to the Valley from Orange County, I stopped by to come in, and unwind, while enjoying a McDonalds coffee, and surfing the net. I arrived at 12:10 AM. The posted open hours on the door state they close Mon-Fri at 1:00 AM.
Not only was the door locked. In addition there were about 15 non-employees sitting inside the dining room, enjoying McDonalds food items.
This is unacceptable. The statement being made is anti-customer, anti-competitive, and just plain NASTY.
THEY NEED TO BE TOLD BY SOMEONE THEY'LL LISTEN TO, THAT THEY ARE...
