Zero customer service. I want to give them zero star; they don’t even deserve for one star. I have never put a review but the rude and unprofessional customer service of this McDonald’s location (Woodward Ave & Foothill Blvd) made me to write one. Just ordered 3 ice creams drive thru and emphasized I want them in the cup not cone and at the window they gave me ice creams in cone. I told them my order was ice cream in cup not cone. The lady came yelling rudely that you ordered in cone not cup. When I again told her that no I asked for cup not cone, then, she told me with attitude and loud voice that she should charge me differently. I got so mad and upset on how she is behaving and talking to me. I told her that she is not allowed to yell at me and talk like that. Shame on her. Instead of apologizing and providing the right order and telling maybe there was a misunderstanding or confusion to keep me as a customer happy, she kept yelling with attitude and arguing with me. I haven’t even talked about money that she said she should now charge differently. I was so mad and upset that I just left that location without asking for any refund ($5.60); meanwhile, my kids were crying in the car for an ice cream. Shame on you for ruining people’s Saturday instead of making their day and keeping them happy!!! Money is not the issue, it’s how they are so rude and have no respect to the customers. Read moreWhat a fantastic location. I had to make a review because I was so impressed by the class and dignity of the employees. It's WED Apr 9A around 130pm that I was here. A very frustrated customer was having a hard time with the kiosk. An employee was very kind to assist. The customer was just so frustrated and started cussing. I understand. The app is a double edged sword. Great and horrible at the same time. Another employee stepped up to help. She was so polite. I don't know what the outcome was Cuz I moved to the play place to get away. But from the looks of dining room, things seemed to have worked out. I know it doesn't seem like a big to do, but the professional and dignified approach was excellent. The person who brought my order to my table was so pleasant and accommodating . I love it here. Read moreI agree with other commenters that this restaurant has gone waaaay downhill. It is McDonald's food, so you pretty much always know what you're getting. Except for the cold fries this time. The problem is in the workers and cleanliness of the restaurant. Very unresponsive, and then unfriendly service. (pretty much "here is your food, don't let the door hit you on the way out") When I asked if this was corporate owned or franchise owned, they wouldn't give me an answer. I then asked for a manager and got the same response. I then asked for a phone number to call to comment on my experience. I got the same.
