I normaly visit this location when I'm headed back from lunch to my office and pick up a sweet tea to savor throughout the rest of the afternoon. The wait in the drive thru is terrible, I'm always there anywhere from 10-15 minutes everytime.
Some of their employees are I must admit excellent and very friendly.
Just yesterday, 07/22/13 2:55 PM I had an awfull experience! I pulled in the drive thru for usual sweet tea, I ordered that and (3) cookies. Well, I got my order, as I was down the road I opened the cookie tote to pull one out. To my SURPRISE!, I found 2 cookies as ordered and a HALF BITTEN one!! My goodness this was so disgusting!!!! Well I immediately called their location and asked to speak to the Manager, Well the person that answered the phone immediately just stated "How can I help you", I repeatedly requested to speak to the manager and this person kept repeating the same thing. I asked for he name of whom I was speaking to and she refused to identify herself, and to my surprise she hung the phone up. I immedaitely returned to their location and asked to speak to the Manager in aprivate area away from the customers. Well the Manager and the Assistant Manager came outside the restaurant. I explained what occurred, and at this point I was very disappointed not as much about the Cookies, but the fact the way the phone call was handled. Turned out it was the Assistant manager that had answered the phone and stated to me it was COMPANY POLICY that they do not provide their names and she had been receiveng prank calls. This persons entire demeanor was totally unacceptable, even when I came in and explained. She expressed if I had any further complaints to contact their corporate office and walked away. The manager apologized and offered for replacement and refund, after the way this matter was handled I just opted for a refund.
So next time anyone buys cookies, check for any half bitten ones and dont bother to call in, your complaint will be ignored and they'll hang...

I really hate to leave a negative review, but this location has consistently been a disappointment. Every single time I come here—whether they’re busy or not—I end up waiting at least 20 minutes for my food. The service is extremely slow, and it’s clear that the staff isn’t well-trained or motivated. This is supposed to be fast food.
I’ve been coming here on and off for years, and it’s always the same issues: • Burgers slapped together with no care • Cold or stale ingredients • Fries that are hard, dark, and overcooked instead of fresh and golden • Regular order mistakes • Constantly being asked to pull forward or park in the drive-thru because the food isn’t ready
Today was the final straw. I waited over 20 minutes for my order while others were complaining too. When I finally got my food, the fries were cold and clearly old. I asked for fresh ones, which took even more time—by the time they were ready, my burgers were cold. I ended up having to wait for an entirely new meal, adding another 7 minutes to my already long wait.
This location just can’t get it right, and after multiple bad experiences, I won’t be returning. There are better McDonald’s locations out there—don’t waste your time...

There were 10 people in line and no one was taking order at the counter. These 2 tall Latina females (one regular build with a hat who appeared to be a supervisor and one skinny who appeared to be a manager) shouted "Use kiosk to order!" There were many elderly who didn't know how to use kiosk. That shout was not professional; we are a paying customer.
In addition, we couldn't use the kiosk or app because it does not allow substitutions / special orders...
If you could clarify on how many round eggs for the deluxe breakfast platter that would be helpful; I don't know why I get 1 round egg at this store compared to 2 round eggs at other store locations. Would the app be updated in the future to place a special order / substitutions? Thank you for your time reading...
