Completely unsatisfactory š I placed an order on Monday afternoon for 3 orders of nachos and I ordered the condiments on the side. When I arrived home I checked my daughter's nachos and I kid you not there were only nachos barely any meat barely any cheese and no beans. So I took her somewhere else and decided I would call back later but I was so busy from moving I called barely today. I called and the lady on the phone was not helpful at all! She asked for my receipt which I didn't receive in hand but I have the bank statement. I also provided her with a video of the ridiculous so-called ānachosā I received. She still has the nerve to say there are no beans on thereā¦like he's missed I'm aware that's why I'm calling because I came here for convenience and it was the complete opposite. She still had the nerve to say you asked for everything on the side that's why it looks that way but either way, I was speaking about the condiments but the nachos didn't have beans either. She offered me a 10% discount after I spent 50 dollars here and I'm just trying to make things right. Well take your 10% discount I'm good off this place and their lack of customer service hahaha still trying to blame me for the service...

When I called the order in I double checked that the flautas had no guacamole as my wife is very allergic to it and I ordered the salpicon with beef because the menu says shredded chicken or shredded beef.
When I get to the restaurant to pay they were charging me a 8 dollar up charge for the salpicon for steak which confused me. I asked why it was so expensive as the plate is 12 bucks. The guy at the register said I asked for steak when I didnāt and that it would be the same price for shredded beef.
I just begrudgingly paid for everything and once I get home we find the flautas caked in guacamole.
Now Iām left with food my wife cannot eat and salpicon not as good because the steak is cooked to hell and charred.
Last time Iām coming here which sucks because I used to come here for years and would always get excited to eat here. Incredibly bad...

Went last night and nobody knew where to line up to order and the people working there didnāt really try to help those that were waiting to order. Iāve been going there for years and know where the line is supposed to be to order and where the line is for phone/pickup orders is at. The line to order ended up in the dining area instead of where it was supposed to be. And the pickups were going through where the orders were to go.
The workers along with the manager were mainly taking care of those with phone orders instead of helping both at the same time. The service has never been great here and is getting even worse. We ended up at Las Fuentes across the street which is owned by the same people. How is it that Las Fuentes can keep customers moving and...
