Roccio C has the worst attitude and should not be working in customer service…it is not a surprise that I am not the only one that has given a rating on her poor service. This rating is strictly for the service she provides. I have been going to this location for 9 months and I have spent an average of $300 dollars a month here (sometimes a lot more sometimes a little less). I shouldn’t have had to deal with her behavior. The horrible experience I’ve had with her customer service started when she tried arguing with me about what I actually ordered. I had been ordering the same smoothie daily amongst other things and those who regularly made my smoothie knew my order well (but this was only her second time making it). From that point she ignored me when I tried to say nice things to her, she walked away in the middle of taking my order, refused to take my order again, when I would ask if someone else was there with her she would say with a snapping tone “there coming” and walk away, and the last straw was refusing me service even though I was there before closing. I did not want to report her previous behavior because I did not want to get her in trouble, but it wasn’t getting better. I spoke to her supervisor who has always been very nice and professional, actually all of the staff is very friendly and have great customer service except Roccio. After speaking with her supervisor I did not think there would be anymore issues but boy was I wrong. My next visit was the worst experience of all. She accused me of keeping her from doing her job because I asked another employee a question, and when I was trying to explain to the other employee why I asked the question she said I was telling him that I didn’t want her to make my order (which was not at all what I said to him); she then let me know that she didn’t want to make my order. When I asked her not to speak to me since I was not speaking to her (and her tone said the conversation wasn’t going to end well), she just continued with this narrative she created in her head. I tried to explain to her that what she thought was wrong and I was only asking a question but she would not listen. When she finally stopped I tried again to explain and she said “this conversation is over” and “she needed to help other customers.”However, those customers were there when she jumped into a conversation that did not concern her and she had no problem raising her voice in front of them either destroying the ambiance of this establishment. The conversation shouldn’t have started since I wasn’t talking to her and should have ended when I asked her not to speak to me. Read moreI used to come here once a week to get my fresh wheatgrass shot and sometimes I would order other things but for some corporate economic reason they've decided to cancel fresh wheatgrass shots. I think that's a mistake. Is getting harder and harder to find fresh wheatgrass. Instead of canceling it why don't you educate people about it as many people don't realize its health benefits. If it's an economic thing I would pay more. I really think you're missing the big picture here because it makes the place look healthy when you see that fresh healthy grass there. Also it may be benefiting your business in ways you don't realize. Oh well I guess I have to find a new juice...
