Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I came in to pick up an uber eats order. Before I grabbed the order I asked to use the restroom. They gave me the code for the first restroom on the right. I go in and there in poop smeared on the toilet seat. Clearly I can't use the restroom. I go back out and tell the associate making the drinks and she just says "Yeah I'm sorry that's the only one we have open" another associate came by and she said they would have to close it. The male associate said what about the other one and the female associate said "that's the one we use"

HORRIBLE CLEANLINESS AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Instead of going to clean the bathroom or letting me use the other one they just turned me away as if there was nothing they can do. I will be calling the corporate office to complain. These younger kids HAVE to learn what real customer service is. This has to stop. Take pride...

Horrible I was treated as if I didn't even exist if I was a Caucasian usc student I wouldn't of been treated the way I was not only did I want my money back because my order was taking too long everytime I said excuse no one would answer me once I did get the cashier attention she then asked another woman do I give her money back she then said yes I realized later that was the manager I didn't get my money back because the cashier couldn't find my order so I said just let me get my drink since I couldn't get my money back as I waited even longer by the time I received my drink which was not done correctly but I was charged I asked to speak to the manager I was then told she is too busy so I left and just threw...

I normally don't rate Starbucks but this one was pretty unique. I'm by the USC area, where I spent much of my young adult life :-). And the Starbucks experience is pretty consistent and I always order the same thing which is primarily a spinach feta wrap and a caramel macchiato skinny. But this Starbucks, is pretty unique. As soon as I walked in, everyone behind the counter started saying hello and welcome. When other people came in, they would say hola and welcome in Spanish so I thought this was unusually thoughtful and kind. Really great spirit in this store where it doesn't feel like people are overworked and tired but they were actually engaged, having conversations with each other, and a good bit...
