MV Grab & Go — Restaurant in Los Angeles

My regular coffee shop across the street recommended I go here because they were all out of pastries.

As I went in it seemed like the cashier was irritated at my presence. Or was having a bad day to be rude to me for unknown reasons.

I was polite and ordered a breakfast burrito. I was hoping it would be worth the price of 17 plus tax and tip = $20.62. Half way through it I got a stale taste from the eggs. The salsa was actually just hot sauce placed in a plastic container. Not real salsa.The potato was not fresh, a day or two old taste. Then I realized it was made in 3 minutes so it was not fresh. I got ill here. 30 minutes down the 405, I was violently stomach ill and had to rush home as it then hit my lower GI tract. I want a full refund please.Thank you. I do not want a comp because I will never be back. Very disappointing grumpy attitude and food that made me instantly ill. I spent a day in bed to recover. I do not endorse this restaurant. Not value for money either. Update: Weeks later still...

Order a "fresh" pressed juice and a breakfast burrito. The juice had already been pressed and was sitting in an unsealed 16oz plastic cup that had been sitting in the fridge for good knows how long. So much for "fresh".

Then I waited almost fifteen minutes for them to call out my order, which they never actually did. I had to go up to the counter and ask when my order would be up. Turns out it had been ready for 5+ minutes but no one called out my name or order because manager decided interviewing a potential employee was more important.

Burrito was luke warm and mediocre, definitetly not worth 13$. All this after paying 20+$ and a 15% tip. Do yourself a favor and take a pass...

This would be a five star review as this was one of our favorite go to breakfast place until the owners (who are lovely) made a new hire. Every time we come in she is immediately rude and as unaccommodating as possible. I always have the same order which was never a problem before she started working there, however she never seems to be able to get it right and overcharges without saying anything. We go less and less because of her. It’s been three tries now with her working the counter and still no matter how polite we are we get the same treatment and result. The food is great but has mar vista prices and mixed in with the bad customer service it doesn’t make it worth...
