The bagels are the best and I actually drive PAST other bagel shops to go to Noah's. I always order via the app and enjoy the convenience of it.
The ONLY small frustration I have is that when I order ahead, there is no set/easy place to just pick up my order. Last time I went (the only time this specific scenario happened), I had to interrupt 3 employees with their backs to the counter because no one would even acknowledge I was there. I could see my bag behind the counter so just needed them to hand it to me. Ordering on the app, I don't expect much from the employees regarding customer service, but it has been fairly hit or miss every time I've gone in... sometimes it's fabulous, sometimes I think it's not worth the drive to stand and wait while my order gets cold because the employees don't want to be there.
But... I always go back because of the quality...

If i could give 0 stars i would. I've ordered through their mobile app and 2x they said my order didn't go through when clearly it charged my credit card. I went to pick it up they said I didn't place an order. The app doesn't email you confirmation nor does it give a confirmation besides its charged your card nnyb order ahead no conformation number no nothing but charged my card. I get there they said no online order has come thru even though I am showing them my order. I will dispute the transaction and will never order from noahs again. The customer service sucks and the workers don't care. They keep asking show the order you show it they say no order came through. This is the second time they're doing this. Never returning horrible. I don't recommend anyone...

Incompetent staffs who cannot place an order. I waited an hour for my order and came to store to find out that the order is not in. And i have to wait an hour and half more to get my order.
Instead of my actual order (bagels) they offered to bake me the batter that was left in the steamer for too long. Will that become bagels? NO. They said it would look like a ball. I didnt know that the store was called Noah's Balls.
They have failed to do a simple job of taking an order and preparing it for a customer. And their attempt to resolve their failure is to commit to their failure and give me products that does not meet the standard.
Overall, this is the worst noah's bagels and quite possibly worst...
