Ocha Classic Restaurant — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I just went to this Ocha at Beverly Blvd. The food is great but I hope the lady who charged me for my food is not the same lady who served it. She got a mask, but it wasn't covering her face and while she was charging me, SHE DIDN'T STOP SCRATCHING HER NOSE. I hope this restaurants take more seriously their businesses. I just get out to buy food, I am taking this Stay at Home very seriously for my family and myself and everybody else around me. If you working at a restaurant have a mask - wear it. I got the food from a very different lady with a mask on, but it is sad some employees don't follow the laws or rules to keep their mask on all the time. As soon as I came home, I spray Lysol all over my credit card but I didn't enjoy the food at all. When I called and ordered the food I asked for my total - I was told $ 82.00 for all I ordered. When I got charged I paid $ 81.96 , four pennies less than what I was told. I got my receipt ( I did a takeout, not a postmate ) and when I got home I was missing 1 order and I checked my bank statement and I was charged $ 98.00 instead - the receipt said $ 81.96 so the lady rubbing her nose tipped herself more than $ 10.00...

Be careful ordering postmates... i order some food which ocha and postmates driver made the mistake of bringing wrong order. My wife called about the order and told her driver made the mistake and that we needed to take the food back the next day since it was a late night order... i had to call and i told the manager why do i have to go and drop it off that she could drive to my house and pick it up herself. For what i paid i dont need to waste my gas. She said she wouldnt give me a refund.. well postmate will... plaid and simple i send the pic of my order and picture of what ive received. I visited this place about 2 days ago, and already back. I am a BIIGGG Thai food fanatic so I definitely had to visit the one Thai place next to my house and ..... .... I'm hooked.

The food is great quality and is beautifully prepared. The place is always warm and the staff is AMAZING! Very VERY attentive to the customers and the dining area overall. The prices are fair and not gouged.

This will most likely be a weekly visited restaurant for me!
