The Los Angeles Museum of Love — Attraction in Los Angeles

I have to say that this place was a great experience right away, one of the owners came to greet us and let us know about their private monitored parking lot. Both owners were so friendly and helpful, the decor was so cute and eclectic, much of which was sold in their great little gift shop. My boyfriend and I came here as part of a road trip and we weren't disappointed with the experience. From beginning to end, there were so many fun and thoughtful activities that sparked some great conversation and connection for my boyfriend and I. There was a lot to choose from, I would recommend giving yourself 3-4 hours to participate in all the things you will want to do, we had a lunch planned for after so we skipped some of the games but 3 hours was enough to really try all the important things. We both had so much fun and we will definitely be back and recommend to others! I love the thoughtful way this was put together and the effect it has had on our relationship. Great interactive way to connect or reconnect. My only suggestions is that the beeping from the heart monitor machine is triggering for some, if there is any way to turn it off it would be really...

Just recently went to try to visit the museum while a pre-established reservation was made with Amy over the phone at the beginning of this week stating that she "would speak with front desk and inform them of a 6pm reservation on Wednesday , fast forward to today upon arrival no one answered the door, then making a call come to find out that the museum was closed without providing any information a call a email nothing, an hour drive from home with no prior knowledge, upon talking further Amy's justification was "it was just a really bad day" and that "she forgot to check third party reservations" not to be rude but that's not my problem as a merchant providing a service and or experience it's the responsibility of the merchant to do so as outlined by online and website hours or at least provide the customer a professional courtesy before driving so far alongside us and another couple that was awaiting service very unprofessional fix what you have to fix furthermore checking your reservations from all ends would also be something to take...

I booked the "Because YOU love True Crime and I love YOU" package for me and my partner and we loved it! The experience was super interactive, well thought out, and honestly, such a unique way to bond. It’s not just about the spooky vibes—you actually learn about yourself and your partner while exploring real cases, dark psychology, and Crimes of Passion stories.

There’s so much to do! We had a 2:40 PM appointment and still ran out of time to get through everything (in the best way). I’d definitely recommend getting the first appointment of the day so you have time to really explore it all.

The add-ons are worth it—especially the Polaroid photo (SO cute!) and the curated true crime gift box that came with socks, themed goodies, and fun mementos. Everything was thoughtful, eerie, and adorably twisted.
