I don’t understand how these employees get away with being so disrespectful and rude to customers. The only reason I come here is after I pick up my son from school cause he likes the chili cheese fries. First I asked them if they can please clean a table cause they were all dirty with food. No one wanted to do it so I asked for the towel wet it and my husband cleaned it. So Every time I come, it’s the same thing or even worse today this time I went in with my husband and my son when are the employees not sure if she will say, female manager asked the other employee if she can take our order, the employee looked at her road her eyes And walked away, which didn’t take our order so a lady had to do it my husband asked for a chili cheeseburger with chili on the side and we sat on the table The patties were cold and look old, but had no cheese. My husband went to the front and asked him it was doesn’t have cheese and they all look at each other Like saying you know oh like oh well and one of the guys says well just change it they didn’t make a new one. They just added the cheese to it which was cold. We did not enjoy our food. Spent $45 to be dealing with this kind of attitudes. I myself and a checker and I know about customer service. As we’re leaving, I told my husband I was gonna get their names cause It’s not OK. I go to the front and try to get the girls names but none of them had badgers so then a gentleman with a light blue shirt but I’m assuming was a manager blocked me from looking at them and says hi can I help you I was like, yeah hi thank you I just wanna know the person’s name He said why I need to know please. He said why he kept on asking me why and I told him that because they were really rude and I was on a call Corporate and he didn’t give it to me. He said I can’t give it to you so then I asked him can I have your name? He said no I asked him again so you’re not gonna give you any other names as well as yours and he said no with an attitude. If management isn’t going to acknowledge what’s happening or put them aside and at least pretend you spoke to them about there attitude's and customer service but he didn’t he made sure I was the one at wrong and made me feel humiliated las there all staring with smiles on there faces cause the boss has there back. why do they hire people to work in a place that you need good customer service never been so...

1st- For 2 weeks twice I've been to this particular location. Both times the service was horrible. Including both times my order was incorrect. On top that wss overcharged. 2nd- I ordered a number one combo which comes with drink. Both times I was told, I was not charged for drink item. When asked to see a reciept. I was laughed at which had me fumming. On top that, I did request to have my burger with just chili and cheese. Of course in both instances, my burger had everything on it.

3rd- Both of these experiences, it was the same gentleman. Both experiences, he did not show any effort in his job. When I did ask for a receipt to verify the charges. He shut the drive thru window and laughed. Obviously, he found humor in his work ethic. If the main doors had not been locked. I would've made sure he wouldn't be laughing!!! When I asked for a manager, again he laughed. This occurred on both occasions I visited. The same gentleman who worked the drive thru window.

4th- Your staff wants a pay increase. Yet on both occasions in the same week. The staff was horrible!! None, of them deserve not one penny of pay increase!! If they cannot handle simple task, they all deserve to lose their job!! I use to attend this location often, now its not worth it. I, will for sure spread the word about this location. As well as the company. This company deserves no business and to go bankrupt!!! I will for sure let others know not to visit this location. Especially, during the midnight hours.

I've been going here for a long long time. One of the top five favorite burgers in the world. I always order my chili cheese fries take them to the table enjoy them with some mayonnaise and ketchup of course once I finish them I stand back in line and I order a double chili cheese burger with extra mayo and extra ketchup everything else normal. I enjoy the burger and sometimes I'll grab a chocolate shake afterwards or even first if I have enough room or I'm hungry enough. The flavors are amazing it's an institution the people running the place work hard and are fairly friendly. There is a security guard here now and that's a good thing because he keeps the riffraff out of the bathroom The neighborhood can be sketchy so lock your car and don't leave your bags in your car there's plenty of parking so if you have a 5-Ton truck and you need to park to eat you will find lots of parking. Prices are what they are they're not cheap but for what you get it's about relative to 2025 super expensive prices inflation is really hurting the people. My only wish is that they would bite the bullet and pay the rent to get a place in Santa Monica again they close the one at Pico and Lincoln so now I have to drive over 15 mi just to eat here. I would think they could be in a pretty good negotiating spot as there is 25 to 50% vacancies on the 3rd Street promenade and other areas in Santa Monica as Santa Monica is going to hell in a hand basket and retail restaurants and commercial are all leaving the area with lots of...
