Palisades Garden Cafe — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I’ve been here numerous times because i go to the dentist office across the street. the food is great. i love their salads and their breakfast. however, i went here today and they did not ask for my name. on the intercom they kept calling “Crystal.” I walk in, i don’t see my food. 20 minutes pass (i’m very patient) a young lady comes out and asks if my name is crystal i said no. (they really just assumed that my name was crystal…?) she said your food is ready over here, i said they didn’t ask for my name and she walked in (thank goodness for that lady idk if she worked there) and basically reprimanded them. no i did not receive an apology. my brother and i’s bacon was cold. our pancakes were almost cold....

This is LITERALLY THE WORST PLACE you can go in entire LA County. Staff is RUDE and CARELESS. My sandwich and coffee was being made for over 20 minutes and I came to the counter just to ask them how long more is it going take? They saw and heard me, but just ignored. And continued to chat with each other. After I repeat my question again I was yelled at and offended by this big Latina girl at the counter. Very tasty burger and side. I came in starving because I stupidly skipped breakfast, the double cheeseburger killed that hunger but good! I probably should have skipped the zucchini sticks, I was still full 4 hours later! Word to the wise, the burgers are hefty, maybe try the single 1st. I was tempted to remove one star because it was a bit over done, but the taste was perfect and some people want it charred. Also, $8 seemed a little on the expensive side, however, as I stated, it was HUGE. I'm pretty sure the zucchini came from a bag, even so they were yummy. I will be finding an excuse to return....
