I went today during heavy rain storm- The lady was very nice who helped me- I intended to get a tabletop tree - having 2 cats I didn’t know how they would be But I really wanted a tree this year- I was hoping to pay around $30 but got one with original price $55 but she let me have it for $40- I told her it was important that it smells Xmasy- I only want one that smells good - She promised me that once it was indoors it would smell Xmasy- She lied! Because it was raining heavily And the fact that she was late for work I was soaked to the bone-I took her word for it- This tree has absolutely zero scent at all- To say I am disappointed would be an understatement- I’m 66 years old and getting this tree was my Xmas gift fir myself- I have been a fan of Lopez Ranch my whole life and I feel let down by them- Oh well, it is what it is- I’m the future, just be honest to your Customers- I would...

This is the first bad review I have EVER left for ANYTHING. Being that it is the holiday season you expect a little cherriness/kindness from the local Xmas tree lot but at the very least a little decency. Today however I sat beside my roommate as she was laughed of off the phone by someone working for the lopez lot. She called to ask the price of a 7ft. Silvertip because we are on a budget like many people. The man who picked up refused to answer the question and demanded to know how much she could pay while audibly laughing at her. It was so bizarre, like Ebenezer Scrooge had jumped out of A Christmas Carol. It was so rude and degrading. Came here on a super rainy night; glad we found this gem! It’s a busy time of year and the staff were helpful and friendly. There’s a great variety of sizes/ prices to choose from, and we lucked out and got a tree at a discounted price as it was imperfect (but perfect for us!) They have Christmas decorations & other accessories for sale too. The trees all come with a stand attached & ready to go :) I wish they had a tip jar for their staff who helped to carry it to our car even though we didn’t need his help, appreciate it so much.
