After being a customer there for seven years. I will never be back again. There have been times where I thought they weren’t so good and then they won me over as a customer. But as of recently, some of the budtenders are super rude, they definitely bring a vibe that does not make you want to be there. And regret visiting….The chick with the weird eyebrows and the curly hair she is always in a bad mood. Then there was another male bud tender tonight that I was just providing some feedback and he kept saying, “it’s not my problem.”. Tuesday Night is bud tenders with attitude night there. Not a fun vibe at all.
The feedback was that they are out of what I specifically came in for. Then my second option they also were out of. So then I finally found something but it wasn’t even what I wanted. Also, recently their prices went up. Maybe it’s because the taxes went up, but their attitudes went up too so - BOOM! The Manager was aware all of this was happening. She never tried to step in. She never tried to help either. I would say that they probably need to look into better management along with better bud tenders.
Tonight they were especially rude. The bud tender wouldn’t even give me their name when I called them out and said that I was going to write a review. Even when I said, I’ve been a customer here for seven years. They just kept saying, “that’s not my problem.” When you are a bud tender, and the store where you sell bud is out of most of what the customers want that is your problem! I recently referred a lot of people there. But honestly, so many bad vibes and such a headache. It took almost 30 minutes, just to get them to call my number.
I was one of the original female bud tenders in the cannabis legalization movement. And I find it very, incredibly disappointing to see the new generation of budtenders that lack and empathy, enthusiasm, compassion, and professionalism.
That is how they thank you for your years of being a customer of 7 years - is by acting like they don’t know who you are, giving you a bad attitude, and then making you go through the line twice when they didn’t even have what you needed. I don’t think I will ever be back again.
Shout out to Q, JC, Hulk, and the bud tenders there that do provide quality service. Unfortunately, it’s only when certain people are working that you can actually enjoy the experience there. And it’s only when they have in stock what you need that it’s worth the time to go. Thus, they are not able to consistently provide quality service. And the same goes for their delivery many times they have left me waiting an incredible amount of time for delivery.
Tonight, I almost didn’t come back in because the 1st budtender was so rude, and she pretty much has a attitude with me anytime that she waits on me. Even this year on my birthday, she gave me an attitude too. Luckily JC noticed he noticed that. I also walked out without buying anything, and he saved the whole situation with his good service even though he’s not even an employee there - he’s the security guard!! However, I didn’t want to cost myself an extra trip somewhere just because of her attitude. There are many times when I’ve had that person wait on me that I’ve considered just walking out between her attitude and their limited selection. Tonight I’ve realized to never go back because why would I want to spend my time and energy somewhere that has that...
Read moreThis has been a great place to shop for medicinal purposes, and I was a valued customer because of the courtesy and respect given by the staff, UNTIL YESTERDAY. There's a intense amount of racial profiling with the morning crew and the disrespectful way of communicating with me as a valued customer has left me speechless. I was not treated fairly from the time I walked in the door, I was singled out by a group of employees who were Hispanics and treated very carelessly as a black woman with great integrity. The manager Rose and the entire staff refused me service and asked me to leave. They literally humiliated me because I told them that they can speak with a friend who was listening over the phone to the rudeness, in Spanish and maybe they could understand and communicate with her better since she also was Hispanic and she was the real reason of why I was at that specific location to purchase a specific pre roll for her anxiety. They got offended by my statement and said that I was being racist...Im a black woman with very dark skin, so trust and believe, I know what it feels like, using reverse psychology on a situation that is already established as racism from the time I walked in and was rudely greeted by the budtender who was harsh, and unwelcoming, chastising me for stopping at the counter to sanitize my hands before checking in.....I guess silence is what they expected from me., the manager Rose, was no help at all, in fact she amplified the dispute instead of properly resolving it....I don't have to be silenced when I am mistreated by anyone, especially where I have spent hundreds of dollars as a proud customer...this was a nightmare. I never would have expected this behavior at this place. I forgive them, God bless them and I will be mindful to never shop for anyone or myself at this convenient place near my residence again...they have poor communication and customer service, so sad...AND I pray that they go back to the way they are known to be by being courteous, patient, and valuing everyone who comes to support them regardless of their ethnicity or religious beliefs in Jesus Christ mighty and powerful...
Read moreI’ve been a regular at the Pico location for quite some time because it was close and convenient, affordable, and offered a decent variety. Unfortunately, standards have declined in recent months, making the experience increasingly frustrating. Deliveries are now handled through the Venice location without any prior notice. The delivery system is inefficient: there’s no ETA, and you’re expected to be home all day with little to no heads-up before arrival.
My recent experience was especially disappointing. I placed a delivery order last night, never received it, and despite reaching out multiple times by phone and email, I received no response. Calls mostly go unanswered, and even when I got through, I was put on hold for 20 minutes before I had to hang up. Customer service, aside from Chris at the Pico location, tends to be inconsistent and unfriendly.
At this point, even the lower prices don’t make up for the lack of reliability and convenience. I highly recommend trying another dispensary for better service, selection, and dependable pickup or delivery options.
UPDATE: This morning I finally reached someone who informed me of a new $30 delivery minimum implemented just yesterday. My order was $25. I place delivery orders every other day—sometimes over $30, sometimes less—and have been a loyal customer for over a year. The frustrating part is that I was left waiting all night without any notification that my order wouldn’t be fulfilled. They could have canceled it, emailed, called, or texted me, but none of that happened. This was far from my first issue with Erba, and there is never accountability or responsibility taken. When I called back this morning, the response was indifferent and unhelpful (until I reached Chris, the one staffer who I’ve always found helpful) which was the last straw for me. I remained calm and polite throughout, and after speaking with many others, it’s obvious I’m not the only one who will never be returning to this chain.
I just walked out of Harvest, and had a...
