Located next to a strip club bar which I don't have a problem with as it's on PCH, nothing opened past 8 pm in this ghetto dead zone. Generally decent options late times, easy in and out although there is current ongoing major road work on PCH which is annoying and inconvenient. Allow extra time to access.
There is a new Filipina manager who is defiant, rude with a terrible attitude with zero customer skills. She's unprofessional and absolutely disrespectful towards senior citizens like myself. This was the evening of Wednesday, 2/26/25.
She REFUSED to honor my free third entree coupon since she claimed adamantly PE hasn't accepted in years!!or honored the survey reward gratis bonus comp small entree. She lied saying this location DOES not have a scanner! She's lazy and couldn't be bothered to even amend or assist for my troubles..I'm a business professional and shocked she's a manager!
Well, she could not be further from the truth . In fact, I had done a survey for the Westwood PE recently as well as the Toluca Lake which they happily accepted from my Gmail Pixel without any hassle or question.
It was 8:30 and this location didn't even have anything to select from the chafing trays, yet there were enough workers bees ...nobody in the drive thru. .

I placed an order for five, including one person with dietary restrictions due to allergies. Unfortunately, the employees were unaware of the ingredients, so they consulted their manager, Andrea. While the staff was friendly and attentive, I was taken aback by Andrea's poor service. She responded with a slight sneer and was dismissive when questioned about the ingredients, making it seem like she lacked knowledge about them. Another person who appeared also to be in a managerial position suggested that if we weren't sure, we shouldn't take the risk. They wouldn't even take the time to find out. This lack of transparency, care, and knowledge regarding food ingredients is concerning, especially for those with allergies who rely on accurate information to make informed decisions.
It's surprising to me that a national food chain wouldn't have readily available ingredient information or a manager who is knowledgeable about them. I thought them to be ServSafe certified and capable of handling inquiries about allergies appropriately.

Read moreI went at a very busy time, around 6pm on a Friday. The drive thru and dinning area were both full. After going through the line and purchasing cups for our fountain drinks (at over $2 ea.) When I got my soft drink, I noticed there was no carbonation in it, it was just syrup water. I let the girl at the register know that it wasn't working, thinking it was a quick fix. She said the O2 wasn't working and it was broken, yet they were selling drink cups. I looked around and a lot of patrons had purchased cups and they were selling drinks through the drive thru too. I asked her if she could fill my drink from the drive thru machine and she said they all don't have the O2 working. I told her they should put a sign up so we were aware before we purchased a drink. She just looked at me with a blank stare. I then asked for my money back for the 2 drinks I couldn't get. She said Ok, but continued to ring up 2 other orders (with drinks) before I stopped the passing manager and told her why I was standing there. She turned to the girl at the register and asked her why she is selling drinks if the machine is out and she said "I didn't know, no one told me.".....Needless to say I won't be...
