Ask for a receipt or you might not get one : lol Went back later, asked for a reprint coz I needed it for reasons, they tried to find it but couldn't, so we recreated the order (thanks for going along with that idea), and to show some appreciation for the effort I actually ordered and paid for it again - curiously I found out later that the 2nd total was actually a bit higher than the 1st? Then again I also got an Oreo milkshake that is way more expensive than the vanilla milkshake I really ordered and wanted?? Whatever, that whole ordeal was kinda hilarious and they took it with humor - for the most part. Yes, I sure sound like some crazy customer but they (and the whole place for that matter) were too in some ways so what gives :D Would've been 4 stars but for the quality and quantity you get their stuff is a lil too pricey at what is known as a low cost chain. I give credit to the entire chain of Jack n the box. They've stood the test of time against a highly competitive McDonald's food chain. The fact is this Jack n the box is right next door to McDonald's which intiallyy I fond that hard to belive but the did it. The appear to get plenty of traffic coming through. They probably have there regulars like other places. Anyways I had one not so great feedback from the front worker that appeared t be condemning me for wanting ketchup when she was the one that offered it to me. My feeling were she should have never asked me. However, credit to the management and the staff for maintaining a generally good service since the very first time I started going there back in the 90s. Feedback : they could use free Wifi like McDonald's. Or maybe not necessary being the place is 1/3 the size of its competition next door..not alot of sit...

Decided to stop by to redeem TMo Tuesday ultimate double cheeseburger.

The location is convenient. It has plenty of free parking. I needed to use the restroom before eating. It was very smelly and dirty. The sink is tagged, the hand dryer is broken...but at least there's running water and soap.

I placed my order online and waited inside the store and sat waiting for it. There are plenty of seats but the dining area needs cleaning and to be refurbished. One of the staff members asked if I was waiting for an order. I informed her that I placed an online order and gave her my name. She quickly brought it out.

The burger was soft and juicy but doesn't look quite like the picture lol

I can't believe that burger costs $7.99!!! If it wasn't free, I wouldn't have ordered it. Spend a couple more dollars and get a much better meal...
