HD Roadside is by far the best when it comes to fast service, customer service and overall mechanical knowledge. So I had a problem with my pickup truck and was stranded. I called AAA and the earliest they could get to me was in 3 hrs. Granted it was 4pm’ish on a Thursday which is considered peak time for towing. I guess the tow service company put me on the backburner because I was only getting towed 7 miles. So I got frustrated enough and found HD service online. So glad I did. Spoke to a gentleman named Hector. He told me he would do his best to get to me within an hour or so. This guy showed up within a half an hour!! Had my truck on his flatbed in 5 minutes and had me home in 10 minutes!! All in all it took about an hour for the whole process. I couldn’t be happier with the overall service provided by Hector and HD Roadside. Hector is very knowledgeable and also recommended ways to save money on my repairs as well. Not to mention his prices are very fair and reasonable. They also do battery jumps, lock outs and tire changes. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I recently had an outstanding experience with HD Roadside, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! During a hectic rush hour, my Yukon hit the curb, resulting in two popped tires. After contacting AAA, I was disappointed to learn that their tow time kept getting extended, and I urgently needed to get to a tire shop before closing.

The technician, who was incredibly quick to respond, had a spare tire in my size. He arrived at my location within 15 minutes, changed one tire using my spare, and fitted his spare on the other tire, all in just a matter of minutes!
