Penguin Motel — Hotel in Los Angeles

I've been coming to this hotel for over 22 years and I've always had a five star experience. This time around was the worst, the new staff they have is rude, disrespectful, and just plain bad for the very nice owners business. Within the last year we've stayed here twice for about 6 weeks at a time. The new older man in the main office is a liar he told me to shut up that I know nothing because he had been working here for 15 years when I asked to speak to the owner. He said the owners say so means nothing to him because "he runs this place." Digusting!!!!! Why would you treat loyal customers like that? After 22 years of loyalty I'm sad to say after this stay I will NEVER come back and I will also inform all my friends and family from all over the world that I referred here to disconntinue the use of this horrible place. Where's the family feel and loving staff you used to have. Bring back Michael and the nice house keeper Rosa! I'm very unsatisfied with the experience I'm having...This is ridiculous. If the owner reads these reviews I would gladly appreciate you reaching out to me.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been too.. the manager is rude and very disrespectful. The bed has bed bugs. I will never go there...
