Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Los Angeles

We stopped in here headed back to a hotel room covid lodging. First thing, no dining room so plan to take out or have them bring it by your home base. The team was extremely friendly and helpful. Order came out hot and fast right on time. And can I say again the folks here super friendly. Definitely prepay online and you'll be in and out of here quick fast and in a hurry. The parking lot is small so be prepared for a bit of a challenge there but there is also more parking in the back. We did not get to view the parking in back but I'm sure it was great. There were multiple entrances and exits to the front parking lot. Atleast when we were there the parking lot was very low traffic however based on the area I would bet this picks up significantly. The little shopping mall here is quite interesting although clearly not meant for many occupants. You might be best served ordering delivery which seemed to be the most popular service for them as we were the only visitors for the store. Other folks had gone next door to the other restaurants and shops in this little corner shopping plaza. Overall this was a great experience and I would highly recommend the pizza hut carry out experience as well as trying out that delivery experience if I am presented the opportunity. Worst Experience Ever - Beware of DoorDash *

I recently had the most shocking and disappointing experience with this pizza delivery service. After waiting longer than expected for my order, I finally received a pizza that was completely inedible—cold, stale, and definitely not fresh. Naturally, I called the restaurant to let them know about the issue and they (the restaurant) requested a replacement.

The replacement pizza arrived with a new driver from door dash again who escalated the situation in the most unbelievable way possible—he called the police on me! That's right, I was treated like a criminal just for trying to get the food I paid for. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life.

This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable for any business. I will never order from this place again, and I strongly advise others to stay away unless you want to risk a horrible experience and unwarranted harassment. There are plenty of better pizza places out there that know how to treat their customers...

I ordered delivery from work, I work overnight security at a hotel. I spoke with the manager who asked me about contactless delivery, told her the cash would be in the location where the pizza should be left. They asked if it would be exact change and I said yes. They said that would be fine. However, they had the wrong order time so I had to cancel and reorder. I did & I received a call from another manager, Nakia saying that I couldn't do cash and contactless delivery. I told her what the previous manager said. She then hung up. I called to ask for parmesan cheese and another person, Andrea who was very polite & said my address was flagged and they couldn't deliver to me and she couldn't tell me why.
