4 Star Rating is based on the tacos, on their own merit, and not necessarily the ambiance and surroundings. (Think taco truck-with-some bonus seating)

The tacos are about as good as it gets. The pastor is on the vertical rotisserie, the tripas are great, and the carne asada is pretty darn good, but maybe not the best due to the overall conditions and limitations of the presentation.

This place is a SUPER bargain, has great meats and all the fixings. The salsa is really super but if you’re not committed to heat, use it sparingly. I was a happy camper loading it up- but you might want to think “habanero” level heat.

The ambiance is OK, with street seating and some of the precooked food can be cool if eating during winter. (If you like your food hot/warm, order pastor - it will be cooked as you’re standing in line).

Cars ran into the truck twice during a few hours- so stay away from the curbside. It’s a busy spot with Whole Foods and all, right there.

Would definitely go again and it’s the perfect neutralizer for the typical LA check at the end of a meal. You won’t be disappointed, especially when they tell you...

Pretty sure it’s the same as Bootleg Tacos, but I asked the guys and they’re technically called El Primo Tacos. Anyways - BEST TACOS ON THE WESTSIDE.

Took us way too long to review these guys - mainly because we didn’t know the name of it, just that they were the best tacos on the Westside (and that they’re outside of Ralph’s - used to be across the street)!! We eat here once a week at least and get burritos and tacos all for under $20. The meats are always freshly cooked, the tortillas are bomb (like San Diego Mexican food type of tortillas), and the guys are super friendly. It’s cash only. Get the Al pastor!! The salsas are also amazing / a great avocado salsa that we stock up on.

We taste tested many tacos all over LA and keep coming back to these guys. Also, if you were wondering, this stand is FAR SUPERIOR to the guys outside of...

I seriously wish I could give the food more than 5 ⭐️!! For $2 per taco and $7 burritos, HOW CAN YOU GO WRONG?! This spot is the legit spot to go for street tacos! With meat choices like Al-pastor, asado, chorizo, tripa, lengua, cabeza… the flavor profiles are sure to make anyone a happy camper!

The staff is ultra friendly and always in a good mood and I’ve eaten here at least 5 times already, always had amazing service. And parking is not an issue at all! You have the whole Ralph’s parking lot at your parking needs.

After you get your food, just walk up to the parking lot border wall and use that as a pseudo table and ENJOY! My friends, dine with confidence that this place is legit the best bang for your buck...

This is a food truck, and it’s parked on opposite side of the road from what Google Maps shows. No signage or anything, took me a minute to figure out I was at the right place. This is the best burrito I’ve ever had, and it’s not close. No cards, cash only. English is no problembo. If you don’t have cash, walk down the road to the 7/11 atm like I did and walk back. You won’t regret it. Carne asada burrito with cheese, beans, and rice. I added lots of cilantro, squeezed a few limes on it, put the hot sauce on, gave it back to him to fold it, and boom… hard to describe how good it was.
