Reasonably healthy fast food at a great price, plus we had a great time. Our cashier, who was the manager that evening, was a total kick. He helped us sort out our various coupons to get the max out of the "specials," and he cracked us up doing it. As is usual, the chicken was done right, and there was a good selection of salsas and other condiments. The place is always clean and the food is fresh. I enjoyed the new tamale bowl and will order it again. So they're not grandma's tamales, but all our grandmas were busy - and if you don't have a tamale making grandma, El Pollo Loco does just fine for the price. You won't find dried out tortillas that are so hard you need a machete. We like this particular Pollo Loco for its ambience 😉 though there is another nearby. This one has plenty of parking, which can be an issue...

They seem to be rushing not caring about the quality of there food or the completed orders try to give them another chance but they failed even more.Thats why I like to go inside or go to the window to check my order before leaving because with delivery they seem to just be just putting anything in the bag .If I didn't choose to go with merchants choice then call me and let me know more than one thing has changed with my order instead of just having it delivered.prior to the pandemic never really had this problem but I guess prior to the pandemic I never had delivery.But that's still not an excuse.Overall not satisfied with this locations...
