Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Every Sunday, my boyfriend and I have "cheat day" and that always involves an order of wings from Pizza Hut. We always call our order in ahead of time and stop by there later to pick it up. (Last Sunday when we called in our order, and we were on hold for 10 minutes before anyone picked up the phone and no one apologized for keeping us on hold for so long!) We call a good 20 minutes ahead of time, but by the time we get there, our order is NEVER ready on time. We always have to sit and wait an extra 10-15 minutes for our order to be ready. The whole reason we call ahead is to avoid waiting!

I gave them an extra star because our wings always turn out very good and because last Sunday we were in there (again waiting for our order to be ready) and the girl at the front gave us a discount because we had to wait so long. My advice for this place, is to call ahead with plenty of time or else you will end up waiting a long time for your order...

Friendly customer service overall 10/10 Rode my bike to pick up a personal pan Cheese pizza for dinner since today is no meat Friday with myself being a traditional Catholic, even with the bike ride the Pizza was nice and warm once I got home paired it with some vegetables which was a nice combination. Under $8 which is a decent price especially nowadays and a decent amount of food really the perfect amount for one person. A nice caramelization on the bread which was soft but not too thick, sauce and cheese was a good ratio the texture was good. Nearby my house with friendly service and good food I think more people should give PizzaHut a chance when it comes to fast food Pizza I would rank it over Domino’s their main competitor I will definitely be coming back in the future. 5/5 would...

Just moved to the neighborhood, was excited to find out I finally live near a Pizza Hut. Been craving their bread sticks with cheese for a long time. I live .8 miles away, but I was working so I needed the delivery. It took them 55 minutes to get to me, less than a mile away and the food is all cold. Not only that, the cheese on the bread sticks was over cooked, so reheating wouldn't even restore them. And the sauce is cold. Like 65 degrees cold. Sorry Pizza Hut, I'm going back to Dominos, where they at least care about their service, I've had better Pizza Hut at Target, this is embarrassing and definitely NOT worth a $6...
