Perfect Donuts — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This is my first and last time coming here. I ordered the teriyaki chicken breast and when I got it it had a fishy bad smell and the texture just wasn't right. so i had my mom go because I was too embarrassed. My mom went into the shop and kindly told them I didn't like it and she asked if I can have something else instead, credit, or a refund the owner of the shop was very rude and called my mom a liar and said she’s not gonna give me something else or a refund, and she wanted her out of the shop the owner then started talking about my moms appearance and the way she dresses and looks. the owner then came outside and I walked to her and kindly said my moms not lying I’m sorry I didn’t like the food she then said I’m embarrassed for u and that I have an embarrassment as a mother just because I didn't like the food and kindly wanted a refund or something else. she also threatened to call the cops. then her daughter came outside and took a picture of my mother without her knowing which 1st is very wrong because we didn’t do anything or any anything wrong. 2nd u can’t take a picture of someone without their permission. We absolutely loveee Perfect Donuts, not only are the donuts freshly made but their boba is also fresh. I worked at a boba shop and I can tell very easily when the boba has been out for too long. There is a young woman who always helps us and she is the sweetest person ever, always goes out of her way to make us feel welcomed. My sons both like white glazed with colorful sprinkles and today they were sold out; this amazing woman grabbed two plains and made them for them without us having to ask ! Not only that, she even made sure they were both just the way they like them without me even mentioning! I absolutely love this place and will continue to come.
