Ramona's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I've always ate at Ramona's, since I was a kid! I was sooo happy find out how close they was to the house! My food was good. Chicken Enchiladas-Yum🤤 They never disappoint. Now, what was disappointing was the other customers treating the staff (ladies) unfavorably. One male customer was being indecisive about his order and they read him back, what he ordered-Which was correct! The lady asked him 3X, do u want me to start over? His response was no....then right as she finished he spoke up and changed his mind. Wow! There was only 1 lady on the food line! She completed his order then started the other woman's. She ordered a burrito. Everyone knows those burritos are filled and phat! She started complaining out the salsa/juice coming out! The lady on the line was kinda shocked. The woman asked her to put another tortilla around it. If you get chicken in your burrito then u already know it gonna leak a little. I was getting upset for the lady who was on the line. My order was correct and no issues. I gave her props for keeping her cool...I don't know her name but she was professional. Light skinned young lack lady and the other was a light skinned young hispanic lady. They were working their butt off! Give...

If you went to this place about 9 years ago you would have a better experience. I have frequent it this place for many years and it seems like it goes further and further down in price, portion size & customer service 😞 I went to enjoy a burrito & I paid extra for rice. Unfortunately they left the rice off the burrito and I was already gone and could not go back until the next day. When I returned THE NEXT DAY , I REQUESTED THAT THE SCOOP OF RICE COOKING PLACE ON THE BURRITOS SINCE THEY LEFT IT OUT DAY BEFORE. I was very upset and unsettled when the manager on duty, and even the ladies preparing the food went along with it could not just put the rice on my burrito that they left out the day before 😠 now when I see people go in there and cuss them out for messing up their orders and they even get racial with it & it seems like they comprehend that 😆 gotta be rude and cuss. It's a damn shame when you act with respect,come at people correctly and they see it as a weakness. If you go here BE MEAN DONT SMILE ✅

Any one with authority possibly someone that works at the one on Western avenue. Email me to not lose a customer who had enjoyed your burritos since high school...

I should have NEVER gone back to see if they've improved. The prices have soared well beyond and above what is reasonable for anything being served in this restaurant. With the amount that the prices have jumped over the past few years for simple item ingredients is egregious. The small pints of whatever entree that you choose that used to be 14 to $16 is now $24 plus tax. Everything is grossly overpriced and you would think they could put a little extra in the burritos or go with a larger scoop that they used traditionally for each burrito but no, same old robbery. I've eaten at better places for much less and gotten tons of quality food. This place is on the hook for Extremely horrible service, policies, & prices 👎🏼 THIS WAS MY FINAL ANSWER & VISIT.... sadly I'm not the only customer who's never coming back I've already spread the word that this is...
