Why are people complaining about price increases? They always had unmatched pricing. I mean $12 for an asada burrito (wet) with sides of salad topped with sour cream and Spanish rice... Don't forget your endless chips with that delicious 'bottomless' dip (unofficially, unlimited... You ask for more and they'll bring it), as well as their salsa bar with Zumba, Reggeton and MAMBO! ... No not that kind of bar... But their salsa dips limes cilantro you name it they got it and if they don't, it doesn't deserve to be there. (not a sponsored review.. Lol)
For real, I bet you the people that complain about these price increases are the same people that drove our California into the state it is in and/or are doing absolutely nothing to rid the Swamp filled in Sacramento. You guys ASKED FOR higher taxes, you ASKED FOR double-digit inflation, you ASKED FOR running businesses out to other states, you ASKED FOR these senseless and wasteful spending that drives us deeper into the hole... But hey, when reality hits, you'd rather look away.. Hey look a squirrel!... Ooops, forget who's been running the city you're in... Forget the suits they call "County-officials"... Forget the decades-long reign of liberal politics in Sacramento that focus more about wasting 40% of our paychecks to fund gender studies than to find a solution to the homelessness crisis... Keep on complaining, this country thanks you for your service. We will forward it up and down the chains of our Bureaucratic system until it reaches a bot that will have you call an 800 number for 2 hours and then be told you got the wrong department.
Sure, now the Burrito has gone up by 50% (from $12$18), but you won't get that type of quality and quantity anywhere else... 3 yrs ago I paid $24 for the same "asada burrito" at Acapulco as take-out... I literally felt robbed lol... I was like why the hell did I just spend over $75 for 3 burritos for the fam... Sucks that S&B close earlier than we'd like... But their pricing has always been much better than the rest of their competitors in the area and so has the overall value. Salsa and Beer ALL...
Read moreWe are once a month customers. Well this time it's horrible. The waitress (Brenda) is useless. If she were the owner, she would throw her away. I would never go here again. It took almost an hour to send our food!!! And besides, she ignored us twice when we called her. We consumed alcohol and food and she ignored us like that. Thanks to Mrs. Juliana who served us instead of the waitress (Brenda). We called the manager (Gilberto) and he is another incompetent guy. He started stuttering as if the waitress had sent him. We explained to him that we have been waiting a long time for our food. In fact, there are people who arrived after us and ordered the same food and they were delivered before us!!! What's up!!! And she didn't say anything, did nothing...!!! In the end, we paid for what we consumed, over 100 dollars, but we won't come back here. And you guys don't waste your time here, it's not worth it. (Ni una silla para mi bebe de 2...
Read moreThis new location is a hidden gem! If you know about the one located on Lankershim, you know that it's always packed! There is always a line and never any parking. This location is located very close to it and is equally amazing! The food is consistent with their other locations. You also cannot beat their pricing - it's so reasonable! They have an on-site parking like Lankershim, and because not everyone knows about them yet, there's always parking available. The staff here is extremely helpful and friendly. We ordered our food inside and waiting in our car. They brought our order out to us, which I really loved. I can't wait for this pandemic to be over so I can see and enjoy the ambience - the inside of the restaurant is beautiful and I can envision it with a mariachi playing on the weekends. Great restaurant with...
