SWEET 1 BAKERY #2 - BINGO PIZZA & SANDWICHES — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Very bad customer service. I placed an order on the "Slice"app. Waited for over 15 minutes since order wasn't confirming on the app. Even though I received confirmation on my phone from Sweet 1 bakery that it was confirmed. I called them and the lady that answered was very hard to understand and said they had not received my order. And that she was gonna get the manager. She eventually hung up on me. I tried calling back numerous times, until I finally got through for the same lady to tell me. They did not have chicken teriyaki dinner. She put me on hold adding and finally hung up on me again!!! So I wasted 30 minutes of my time with no food. Horrible customer service and a pending charge waiting up get refunded. With no food. Will never order online or go to this restaurant again. And will probably be deleting the "Slice" app. Very disappointing...

A Hidden Gem!! While working in the area I spotted this place while driving along Lankershim Blvd. Was greated by a very friendly lady who took my order. Ordered a personal pepperoni pizza and lets just say this was one of the best pizzas ive had in California. What made the pizza great was the dough! It was crispy and tasted awesome. Already cant wait to go back next time im in the area! Five stars for...

I just had the best pizza at Bingo Pizza and Sandwiches!The crust was perfectly thin and crispy and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The Margherita pizza was a standout with its delicious tomato sauce and fresh basil.
