These people need to get their act together I was here this morning and a simple list of orders the very simplest of orders they screwed up. I ordered two large order of french fries I had to repeat that seven times at the speaker then when I get to the window the guy confirmed with me that I ordered a ultimate bacon cheeseburger and I told him no I told him no but I ordered two large order of french fries and then he had me repeat at seven more times at the window before they realized that the guy that took my order missed it. Now they can miss it when it shows up on the screen at the order speaker and then you get to the front of the line and it's they say that it didn't show up on their screen something's wrong there and it has to be constantly be repeating yourself. They need to get a whole new set of people working at that place at night feeling actually get it straight first time and I have you repeat everything seven times at two different locations on their line. They let me in I tried to lock the nob but it won’t turn, I figured maybe since they control it at the register we don’t need to lock it maybe that’s why the lock nob won’t turn. I used the toilet as I was finishing up a male customer opened the door I yelled at him no he yelled at my why didn’t I lock it when I actually attempted to. And why would the employees unlock it at the register if they just opened it for me? On my way out I told the manager who was laughing when I came out; this man told me “well why didn’t you lock it” I told him I tried it doesn’t work correctly you need to have it fixed that’s not acceptable. He shrugged his shoulders said okay! No apologies just rude and dismissive placed the blame on me. Their burgers are always juicy and their salads are so good that even my 8 year old son loves them and always asks for them.
We were dividing our burger purchases between Jack in the Box and another nearby delicious burger place, but the other nearby place is going way downhill in their quality, so this is the only place for us now. I’m guessing by the huge lines here now that other customers have had the same experience with the other nearby burger place. It’s sad but with everyone’s money being limited now, nobody has time to deal with businesses who seem to stop caring about their customers.
