Worst Hookah lounge in all of Los Angeles. The staff don't know how to properly make a hookah (don't ask for an apple head they don't know what that is), overpriced for what the actual quality is, Food was literally half frozen inside barely cooked, staff were absolutely rude and unprofessional, the lady gave us attitude because we couldn't decide which hookah we wanted they literally sat us down and didn't come to take our order until 15 mins seated....also note they weren't even busy everyone's on their phone or talking with other workers. The entire experience was bullshit and I would HIGHLY recommend nobody wastes their time with this place. The best hookah lounges are in Burbank, where Cafe O and Gitanas are. Affordable and fast service. These people need to take notes from them. I truly believe any 5 star review here are definitely employees and friends of theirs because I worked for a company before with bad reviews, and they bribed for a raise if you left a good review.
