Have $5 off coupon from dining advantage and thought I'd try this place out. The attendant was very cheerful but skeptical when I showed her a copy of my coupon which on the app specified to print out. She asked if I can show her the original, I told her yes, it's on the app so I proceeded to pull it out on my phone and showed it to her, she then say, don't worry honey I believe you....... !? She asked if I wanted 1lb, I told her 2 because the cookies looked really good, she confirmed with me that I'd only get $5 max discount. I told her that I'm aware and asked her to give me an assortment of the most popular cookies. She did a great job on laying them out on the box. After weighing the box, she told me that it's $21.84, frankly I was shocked - this meant that it was about $13/lb! This place is ridiculous. I ordered Israeli salad for $18.99 and added tuna, avocado and hard boiled egg. I purchased a few more items and gave them my CC. I received a receipt of my total only without any breakdown. I asked to see a breakdown of the cost. They gave me a receipt with the breakdown. I was charged $17.99 for Israeli salad (literally just cucumber and tomato) $2 for 1 egg. $7.50 for one scoop of tuna $2 for half avocado

I also purchased bourekas which I didn’t receive. And when I opened the bag I found out that there is NO TUNA.

Place is terrific. I really enjoy thier Lavasa coffee, which I think is tops in my book. Thier bakery pasteries are awesome, and their cafe has yummy entres that a good cafe should have. You always get what you ordered, and its the same every time. I like the consistency. Also, the owner was a US Marine vet... I like supporting the ones who supported us.
