Ordered a cake for a special 2 yr celebration. My girlfriend personalised a special cake that was supposed to be a surprise delivered to my work. Dealing with Nick turned out to be a nightmare. As you can see the "chocolate cake" that she ordered was not the cake that was sent. Turns out that she payed $115 for the cake so she asked me to send her pictures of the cake because unfortunately she was unable to attend the celebration. As you can see she was not happy at all. When she contacted via email and sent pictures of the white cake that was supposed to be chocolate, Nick said sorry about the miststake but the work had already been done so the best he could do to compensate would be to give a discount on next order.. There will be no next order so Nick, we'll see you in court. Both me and my girl work 60+ hrs a week. We deserve to get what we pay for and when my girl said that would be giving you a bad review, your reply was "I can afford the hit" Unacceptable she was devastated that she couln't physically be present when the cake was given to me so she wanted it to be perfect. This celebration only comes once a year.... So whether your reviews can "take a hit" Let your conscience own the you made someone feel horrible...

Absolutely the worst customer service experience with this bakery for a birthday cake. Stay away if you can! The owner was an extremely rude person. Did not deliver the cake we asked for (picture provided) and said we do our own version; charged us an arm and a leg; got upset that we called to complain about how he rushed us out the door when we were paced the order and cussed and yelled at us that he can’t fix the cake he messed up on right away because he was behind on his orders. Treated the previous client the same way! Needs serious anger management. Never going back! What an awful experience that should have...

I was blown away with the top of the line, outstanding service this bakery and the family that owns it! I gave been there twice, both times I was greeted with a warm smile and unlimited friendliness. I felt loved, welcomed and like they really cared about customer satisfaction! To top it off, they have gluten free treats, you can sample their tea or coffee, they are sweet as the pastries they sell, and the gluten free coconut cones with chocolate chips were superb! They also told me they do have gluten free cakes available if I order one, you know I will be ordering my next birthday cake here!...
