Order from here while at school (CSUN). Then ordered for pick up and the lady that took my order was very nice. Finally went in and the lunch special left me stuffed to the brim. Kung-pao shrimp was so yummy. It wasn't spicy, which was great since I do not fare well with spicy, as noted on the menu. Came with soup, rice, and egg roll. Place was pretty empty. Egg drop soup is my go-to, along with the shrimp fried rice.

Hot, fresh, tasty food! Very nice people. This is old school Chinese food. Such a nice throwback to the days when people really cooked & not just reheated pre-made, frozen meals. Too bad they don't have a website & can order online. You have to do it the old fashioned way. Call in your order or better yet, go in to eat. They will make you feel welcome & you'll leave satisfed & full.

If you are looking for a fancy place this is not it. Very low key with delicious food. The place is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. Its clean the staff is friendly and efficient. The price is very reasonable. I recommend the wor wonton soup!! Pupu tray is also very tasty.

To be brutally honest I really want to give this place a higher rating just because the little grandma at the register was the sweetest person I ever met. Makes me wish that she was my grandma but alas, the food was to be blunt, bland. Everything seemed fresh and well prepared but literally had no flavor. I didn’t even taste MSG! I ordered the kung pao chicken, which looked right but had no aroma whatsoever and was devoid of anything that would normally have taste on its own. Even the dried chilies were flavorless! The hot and sour soup only lived up to the hot part but only in temperature, the mixed chow mien had all sorts of meat like things and vegetables but again nothing to taste! Even the Togo soy sauce which was some panda brand was flavorless. I even threw in a curveball and ordered the fish in black bean sauce and that was, though covered in Chinese black beans, bland. I really wish the food actually tasted like food but it’s the weirdest matrix glitch I’ve ever experienced. Paid a little over $60 for the meal Togo and tipped $10. I really hope that they have their cook try again because the people were so nice. Even the customers...

Worst fricken chinese restaurant I've ever ate at. My family and myself went there and they were short on staff only focused on online orders and not the actual customers that are sat down at their tables. We literally waited for a good 1 hour for just 3 meals! Unbelievable. And then I see all these uber eats drivers coming in to pick up orders and i honestly think that the people in the valley have no idea what's GOOD AUTHENTIC FOOD because I sure wont rate this even a zero from my experience with chinese food! Was so upset at the owner she had the audacity to yell at us when we didnt even complain or anything, we simply asked, "is our food coming" and she raises her voice like we're her employees. We wanted to leave, but we just thought that they're busy so the food must be worth waiting for. Well, I was very wrong because when the food came out, it was literally drenched watered down all the food taste the same and most likely microwaved frozen premade. Failure of a restuarant and possibly the worst in the valley next to grandma Kim's korean restuarant. Go somewhere else if you want good...

Terribly disappointing experience. My wife and I have ordered take-out for years from Silver Panda, but that's ended. We spent $60 on a meal, and received a days old Assorted Lo Mein dish that the soft noodles were hard and crunchy from being re-heated and dried out. The Orange Peel Chicken was like eating granola, and the brown rice was equally days old, and chewy with a detergent like aftertaste. Almost forgot to add, the indistinguishable meat in our Lo Mein was tasteless as well. Our bad, too, for being careless returning customers, as we later realized we were overcharged on top of receiving horrid food. You've lost us as customers, and I have a feeling we're not the only ones that feel this way. Did Silver Panda change ownership? Too bad. Tough economic times require budget restraint, and this is any easy cost...
