New water rule shouldn’t impact paying customers! We ordered and then I saw the water fountain was all blocked off. I asked for a cup of water for my kid and they told me to get back online and order a cup of water! Now I get that head office has told you to do this! But please, use so initiative here people! And I’m addressing management of the store with this comment. As a customer who has walked into your store and been able to fill up myself from a fountain to be then told to get back in line, after paying money, to get water is not ok. You need to tell your staff that head office has instructed x y z but we should be mindful of our customers who do not know this new rule and shouldn’t be inconvenience during a transaction period.
