I went to this location to get breakfast with my husband and after seeing the waiting time, we decided to place a togo order. I went inside but no one was paying attention to me waiting there. One of the waiters told me to get out and stand outside without listening to me asking to place a togo order. I went outside and called them to place an order over the phone. The person on the phone told me my order will be ready in 20 min. after 20 min I went inside to pick up the order but they told me I have to wait another 20 min because my order just got to the kitchen!!!!! I respectfully and calmly asked to speak to the manager because if I wanted to wait for 40 min to get food I would not place a togo order.let me tell youI am not a Karen! I am a very calm person but the manager was SO RUDE. I explained the situation respectfully and her answer was “ on the weekends orders take 40 min” although I told her that I was told by her staff that it would take 20 min. I told her I cant wait another 20m and I would like a refund. She ROLLED HER EYES in my face and went to the kitchen. She came back and said that I have to wait another 10 min and it will be ready and then left!!! I was so frustrated but decided not to ruin my morning so I did not say anything. I waited another 10 min. I came back in after 10 min. I saw another frustrated costumer trying to talk to them about his pick up order but no one was behind the counter. After a couple of minutes the manager came and saw me, went to the kitchen and grabbed my order, handed me the bag and turned her back on me. Not even a word!!!! An apology would have been nice since it was your staff who messed up!!!!! The other costumer asked “what is going on! How did you manage to get your order? I have been waiting for a long time!!! “ I just said this is not acceptable. Now regarding the food… They gave me a cold soggy french toast and cold breakfast burritos, and they forgot to add bacon to the breakfast burritos although they charged me for it. I was looking for a place to have a nice ride and end up at a breakfast spot. Started looking around and found this place, glad I did.
Our server was a woman named April, she was AWESOME. I would say that I am critical about getting good service, April really shined as a server. She gave us a warm welcome, was REALLY polite and friendly and just on it. She gave us phenomenal service and was entertaining. She really epitomized what great service is, she single handedly created a very memorable experience.
Tip- Check in on Yelp and get a free Ginger shot.
Drink- Carrot/ Orange Juice GingerShot Food- Steak Hash and the French Toast Coffee came in a French Press, really awesome, very tastey.
Juice was probably the best fresh juice Ive had at a restaurant. really fresh, tasted cold pressed. April our server also recommended carrot apple juice but i was in the mood for OJ.
We also went for the ginger shot. We all checked in and ordered one free of charge. It wasnt overly gingery, had a hint of cayenne pepper.
Steak hash was really interesting. Steak was pretty good, needed a little salt and pepper, eggs were poached, very nice. Hollandaise sauce covered everything and really went well with it. I finished the whole thing.
Wife got the french toast and enjoyed it. Everyone really loved what they had. we had a table of six.

We can around 10am and the restaurant was nearly empty but it took over 40 minutes to get our order for a table 4. We were told our order was coming and waited an additional 10 minutes. My 3 year old was visibly irritated because he was so hungry. Our order finally came out but because of our long wait we asked to speak with a manager. One lady named Nora came out and told us because the restaurant was “busy” that’s why our food was so late. We proceeded to say that the table of 7 who came in after us food was served 30 minutes prior to ours. We asked to speak with the manager. We were first told that she’s on her way out. After waiting another 15 minutes we asked if she was still coming out and we were told she is not but offered us a free meal. We refused because we are visiting from out of town and politely asked to speak to the manager because Nora didn’t have the authority to comp our meal. The manager again refused. Nora kindly ended up giving us a 50% comp and the number to the corporate which I will be calling.
