I've been coming here for 4 years now and today was by far the worst. I noticed the Owner wasn't there so I'm not surprised both service and food weren't up to par but to pay over $5 for a bagel toasted with cream cheese and to get not even an actual layer of cream cheese is just unacceptable in these times where every penny counts.
