Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I stood here this morning and waited for ten minutes for my order.People that had ordered after me including mobile orders were served. Then the employee asks me a little too casually what I ordered. I tell her and she looks for my cup and then acts surprised when she finds it. She was not nice to me. I'm sorry that I was not dressed in my Sunday best for the Encino crowd. You see, I come from a land called Woodland Hills and at my Starbucks, they treat me with kindess and manners. Then she makes my beverage, roughly sets it on the counter and says here. Really? And since I waited so long for a Venti peppermint mocha with whole milk, add a shot, I lost the last seat inside since I'm not rude enough to throw my things down ahead of time. I used to come to this Starbucks every single day two or three times a day now I come maybe one today and they are rude obnoxious sanctimonious and also they closed at 7:30 tonight and I would not recommend this place ever the assistant managers or the leads think they are the boss of everybody! they refused to let me in and it was only 7:15 ! I am blind and THEY refused to let me into the bathroom AND to put the numbers in cuz I couldn't seeTO do IT! It's September 2021, Covid is still a problem, and an older fella came in here dry coughing. LOUD. At least three other people were eyeing him and the cashier employee noticed we weren't thrilled about this guy being in here. He stopped what he was doing behind the counter, came onto the floor and said to the guy, “Due to the ongoing pandemic, we must remain diligent with our precautions, and patrons who are coughing must not be permitted inside, but you can still place your order on the app or with me and we’ll take care of you all the same.” GIVE THAT KID A RAISE!
