Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

It’s a one of the better Starbucks because of its location and lots of parking spots in front and back of the cvs pharmacy. However most of the time it’s a busy and crowded place. Finding a parking spot between 10:30 to 2:30 can be a challenge but with patience you will find a spot. If Starbucks remove their coffee display that’s in the center of the shop more chairs can be added. But for this to happen customers must make a phone call to the main office and a call to the district manager to ask for more tables. I personally find the price of food and pastries to be to high for the small portions that is offered. Definitely not a good value. Also serving coffee from flasks in the morning change the taste of the coffee into untasted type. This also need repeated customer complaints. Trash cans are not emptied on time. I saw an employee with bare hand pushed to compact the trash in the bin and later with unwashed hand go place coffee filter in to the coffee my home and touch and handled everything behind the counter. I call the corporate office and report this. It’s apparent the employees at all starbucks don’t have training in proper hygiene. Everyone must keep your eyes open to this kind of things and report every single instance. So we can drink and eat...

This is not the Starbucks staff or customer service review. They are doing great job ! This is about the obnoxiously cold AC they have going on in winter. The store is colder than places outside. I have been coming here for last month and several times I have asked the staff to figure out the thermostat. And they said they are helpless and that corporate controls its. So guess what Mr. Corporate guy sitting in Hawaii in tropical shorts, your AC system is making people sick and leave early from your store. If I get sick one day, I will file a complaint locally as well tell all my friends and clients who meet me here to not meet me here. So take that loss in account as well. Why the heck is your store temperature controlled by corporate guy who doesnt sit or visit here? He might be sitting in colder or hotter temp and might think its okay to do what he thinks is best temp for store when its not. Its cold as hell in winter here inside your...

I was so surprised to find a Starbucks that did not have a crazy line so sweet I said I'll be in an out no problem, surprised lol nothing like that I only ordered a croissant, but they make me wait before I place the order even there was no one else in front of me, they were probably fillings on line orders with I understood so I waited, finally a girl that was going back and fort with empty containers took my order but didn't give it to me, she just went back to flirting with other employees any way I said to my self ill wait. 15 min later they still dancing around girl still going back and forth I said can you please give me my croissant or give me a refund I got to go, she look at me and she said someone else has it for you. Just thinking efficiently if it doesn't need to be prepared just give it away make the line shorter keep people moving and happy... I'm not in love...
