The quality of the sushi & sashimi at Okumura is top notch - the menu is not for the novice to such things though, so you may need some guidance from your waiter or an idea of what you like already when going in.
That said - we know what we like! The hokkaido scallops made for fantastic sashimi, with a bit of truffle accenting the flavor. Albacore belly and Salmon belly were both fatty, delicious cuts of typically available fish that made excellent sushi.

I ordered a veggie roll and Agedashi Tofu, fried tofu cubes in a light broth. I found both to be very good. The sushi chefs are artists. Their serving are large, delicious and simply elegant.
