Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I don’t know if I just happen to be getting the worse service over and over again by chance but I’ve lived right next door to this one for 3 years and I literally drive out of my way to avoid going to it. Today was a perfect example, I was rushing so I stopped in, ordered a cold brew and sausage egg and cheese, waited ten minutes for them to tell me they don’t have any more breakfast sandwiches (going off the time stamp on the cup) now I’m late. If stuff like this didn’t happen to me every 4/5 times over three years (mainly either forgetting or not knowing they’re out of something) I wouldn’t feel so compelled to write a bad...

Haven't been to a Starbucks in years but decided to stop to grab some breakfast bites while on vacation. Had to wait 15 minutes for the sous vide eggs bites and pre-sliced bread. To be clear, these sous vide eggs are tiny egg pucks that were fully cooked sometime in the past and need about 10 seconds in a microwave. Staff was extremely rude especially the girl heating up the sandwiches. Waited 10minutes for a spinach wrap and when asked her for it. She claimed she put it on the counter and called my name. Which wasnt true as I was standing by the counter the entire time. Even asked her what named she called out she couldn't recall! Rather then admit she forgot and apologize, she caught and attitude and told me people steal sandwiches from the counter...
