I buy coffee Here all the time, but today I will never be returning again, there is an employee named Brenda here who will bang on your door if you take more than 7 minutes in the bathroom :( after many occasions of her acting this way towards me today I gathered the courage to ask her why she has to bang on the door so many times and so loudly in such a hostile manner, she replied by saying : because I always use the bathroom and take too long. I tried to talk to her and tell her that I am a usual customer and that starbucks is my go to Starbucks for usually coffee and drinks and that I sometimes use the bathroom there too because I like using the bathroom there and then do drive thru with a friend afterwards, but she refused to hear me, she didn't care that I do drive thru ordering often with a friend and often get a coffee there and by walk at certain nights too, She didn't care, her excuse was she needed to make sure I was okay and that I always use the bathroom there, I asked her If she thought it was professional to knock so many times and to knock in such a hostile manner and she didn't care, her excuse was she wanted to make sure I was "okay " I understand that there are people who have locked themselves in these bathrooms or have passed out, but she has seen me many times and she does the same thing all the time, she will knock 10 times ( yell to get out !!!l) and it's just really unprofessional and rude and not classy at all. Maybe she never saw me order drive thru with my friend, maybe she never saw me buy a drink by walk in, but that doesn't give her the right to act so unprofessional, I will not be giving this starbucks my money or business anymore, and I told my friend we should not go there at all together anymore, I understand she has only seen me use the bathroom there in the mornings, but I always buy things from starbucks drive thru and sometimes at night walk in for a quick warm coffee, she shouldn't of judged me.so quickly and treated me so bad, knocking loudly and screaming for me to get out, imagine a mother and her baby go in the bathroom and she starts banging the door like that ? SMH :( I understand she has to make sure the bathrooms stay clean and free of people who are up to no good and possibly mentally unstable, but like I mentioned she has done this to me many times before, I would often use the bathroom first while my friend waits for me outside the parking lot and then we order drive thru, now I am never coming back here again and neither is my friend. To the employee who miss judged me : Be kind to people Brenda!!!! Don't judge them, just because you don't see me ordering inside and you only see me use the bathroom inside starbucks doesn't mean I am not ordering "drive thru" I forgive you but your a really rude unprofessional woman. I won't be coming back here again and neither will my friend, and judging by all the bad reviews on here, I am not the only one, so I don't feel so bad. As many of you know may know, Most U.S. Starbucks closed today at 2pm to train their staff because of an incident that occurred regarding two African Americans sitting at a Starbucks minding their own business. The Store Manager called the police on them. It created a lot of havoc. You would think they would go above and beyond to serve their customers. I stopped at the Starbucks on Sherman Way and Whitsett in North Hollywood. It was 1:42pm. I walked up to the door and the door was locked. There was a sign on the door that said something like we’ll see you tomorrow. I looked around and nobody was in the store. I decided to hit the drive thru. I waited 13 min until I was able to pull up to the window to pay. I asked the woman that if there was any way that I can run inside the store to use the bathroom because I really needed to use it. She said hang on. She asked Kate the manager and she came back and said I’m so sorry we’re closed. I said but all the ads, messages, signs, etc say you close at 2pm. She goes the store closes at 1:30pm and drive thru closes at 2pm. I said but that’s not what the sign says. She says I know I’m sorry. She gives me my drink and my drink is not filled all the way to the top. there is about 3 inches of drink missing. I was livid. I called customer service. I spoke to Lakeisha. She sounded extremely dismissive. She apologized so much that it came across as her not being genuine. I went today whilde going to work needed asap to grab coffee, i went drive through, i said 3-4 times hello, no one answered, i thought its not working and drive forward thinking that they will serve me there, after waiting 15 minutes, someone finally came and said hi you need to turn around and wait for the line and order there, and already there was a lot of car behind me! I explained them that its not my fault, that i said hello 3-4 times, there was no answer they said we cant do anything , i explained that i am late from my work and this is unprofessional, they said you need to turn around and kept the line one more time, i said i need one coffee make it for me so that i can go, they refused, they said we need to serve the orher customers who ordered there, whose fault is this??? why i need to loose my time and end uo you can go to different sturbucks if i did everything correctly? the car was so stupid who is answering the call, maybe he was chilling why i was saying 4 times hello , they didn’t solved my issue, will never come back, but i cant understand how owner finds this workers? how they can do this?This is not normal! i wish i have a time to talk with manager !!
