Worst Starbucks experience ever I came in At 8:30 AM today and ordered a venti light ice oatmilk shaken espresso they said they were out of oatmilk which was oK to substitute for Soy milk The were too young guys One of those guys was making the drink after he was done with the young white male who made my drink slided it from the counter and the drink fell on the floor and he told me why I did not catch the drink while I was standing at least 5 ft away The other young African American said go get a mop and clean it up he went to go get it come back with nothing and said let someone else to clean it up While the other guy was making my drink he put the ice all the way to the top I told him I wanted light ice he says well the ice is just gonna melt anyway I was already frustrated I took my drink and of course I tipped them $2 almost said give me my tip back and a refund almost ans that I don't even want my drink anymore I've been coming to the Starbucks with my family For a very long time never had this experience spending $100 to $200 a month I will never come back to the Starbucks again they just...

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to personally . It seems like the Baristas purposely ignore you in line no eye contact or a simple greeting acknowledging that they seen you . Jessica and another girl behind the counter took their sweet time making an online order I'm assuming as I was the only one waiting in line . After about 7 minutes I finally spoke up to just get the rudest attitude from Jessica and the other female barista behind the counter. Manager seen what was happening walked up just for them to say I the (customer) was the one with the attitude lol pretty pathetic to me. 1. terrible terrible customer service 2. no accountability . The manager is a very cool guy though at the end of the day he always gives my kid stickers. its just the Starbucks baristas and their terrible service.

About the worst ever. 10 minutes to make 4 drinks, one a simple house coffee. No sleeves. Had to ask them to identify which was which & they even got that wrong. The coffee drinker got the chai & the poor guy who never drinks coffee didn't get his chai. The 2 guys supposed to be working were too busy talking to pay attention to the order.
