Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I love this Starbucks. It gets a little crowded in the parking lot because of the drive thru line but everyone comes here because its relatively quick ( like its a longer wait time but because theres a lot of people.. the baristas here work pretty quickly) and the baristas are fantastic. So nice and make the best drinks. To avoid the crowd i always do mobile order and by the time I get there, its ALWAYS ready. The rare times theres a mistake (even when its been MY fault for ordering wrong) they always take it right back and bring me what I wanted. Today the barista at the window (not even making the drinks.. only taking orders) was getting all kinds of snarky comments from these two bitter old hags and their pot-bellied body guard because they didnt think to order ahead and were mad they had to wait in line for "too long".. telling the guy he must be new (he has been there quite a while) and being like.. backhandedly rude.. and he never corrected her or even broke his smile. Just apologized and kept trying to make their experience better.

Curb appeal is always on point. Employees are always well groomed. Smiles all around. Efficient. Quality drinks. Fantastic customer service backed by great...

Literally swerved into this Starbucks because it’s driv-thru was empty and usually it’s always pretty packed. I had no idea what I wanted and they were so patient with me, I ended up ordering an Iced Venti Hazelnut Blonde Latte with Whip cream and Caramel Crunch. And I have to thank Jeremiah so much for making my drink look so pretty! I thanked him and even though he was wearing a mask, you could tell his smile was vibrant. Last night was a tough night, and this kid really made a difference to my day! It’s like he honestly took the moment to make it look presentable instead of just rushing.. idk I can’t explain it, but I appreciate you!! And Gunnar, thanks for cashing us out with such great service! And lastly, to the girl taking my order who’s name i wasn’t able to see, thank you for being patient...

I had never been to this location before, but i had an appt in the area & wanted a treat. I didnt know this was a "walk-up" Starbucks, so that's something you should know! There's no "building" to walk into, they only do drive-thru or walk-up window. (There are some seats outside on the patio, though)

Crystal(?) was super nice and accommodating! (It was a Monday around 3pm-- there was also nobody behind me in line, so that probably helped.) i had a question about customizing my drink because i decided to order a drink that i've never gotten before, and she was very patient & helped me with making sure i got what i wanted.
