I had a problem and they said that they had a glitch but not one of the operators said we will help you out will give you a free drink or no apologies no nothing and it was their fault and I had to wait an hour and a half just to get something to drink and when I called the the 1-800 number they the lady operator never said we're sorry never said you know we're going to make it better for you here's a extra bonus drink on us for making a mistake because she clearly said that it was a glitch on their side no I got the recording because they record everything and never cuz there's other places you could drink but I usually use you service because they're all over and when you start getting overpopulated with all kinds of Starbucks you start making mistakes know if your customer the customer is always right no matter what so that's why I'm giving it the way it is and either they make it better or I stop drinking the coffee but since they're multi-million-dollar they don't care about one person they should but they don't so I'm going to call him again I'm going to let him know and see how the outcome goes and if they don't no see we swear sorry we're going to give you a complimentary drink to lessen my mind and thinking that you know they're there already pushing it to where they think there's a best coffee house in the world no they're not no making it better is making the client feel better about the company because without us they will not be no Starbucks and they have so much coffee which one coffee to make the customer feel right to spend more money with them did the lady was I can't see route because she was kind of rude All rights granted but Starbucks ain't this ain't the Starbucks in you when they first 30 doing nice and courteous now you got you got people that answer the phone that don't even know what there's what's going on so very disappointed very...
