Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

If you coming to this Starbucks location please make sure you have a Suit or a gala dress because if you look like relax this people who works here treat you like sh*t. And please, don't bring any food from other places because they gonna kick you out. They Hate people who looks different, or homeless or people who don't match with the "Society standards" What unfortunate is coming to a very nice and comfy place and get this bad welcoming from the manager treat their customers like trash because they don't look well dressed or looks bad. This is so sad. Starbucks coffee company needs to train this people how to treat customers who coming here for enjoy a relax time. This place is full of haters who scandalize when they see homeless people or people who don't match with their standards. We record a video when the manager tell this guy he cannot bring products and food from other places. But she been so disrespectful with him asking him if he gonna throw away the beverage he has from McDonald's... She said: I am not gonna ask you one more time... What's this?? She's threatening him and that's not nice. We record her twice trying to kick out this guy for having a McDonald's Drink inside the Starbucks. We are close to him and we have Jack in the box food, but she tell us once and we say ok. But with this guy is the third time she is coming to him and talk to him so mean and arguing with him. I come to this Starbucks EVERYDAY. And everyday its packed but normally they have someone directing traffic. Except for today. I had this psycho start honking at me, because she thought I was going to cut her off in line. This store has a small lot. People park and get off to get coffee, I am not about to block cars from coming in and leaving because your dumb uneducated axx, can not grasp the concept of edging forward so that others can move. This lady sends her daughter out of the car to sit...yes I said SIT on the hood of my car while she pulls forward. As she does so, I say nothing, when the girl starts to get up and moves back to her car. I start to pull forward. At this point the girl starts to yell me, "that I could have hit her.... BXXXXX" the mother decides to hear what she wants to hear and puts her car on park. walks all around her car, and starts pounding on my window, yelling at me "to get out so she can kick my aXX" I then look over to the girl and she is kicking the front end of my car, pounding on the hood of my car. At this point, everyone else in line trying to into the parking lot, is honking. they both get into their car. she reverses her car trying to hit my car, but instead almost hits the person behind her. She then has the nerve to continue to tell the people at Starbucks that I RAN over her DAUGHTER!! Your kidding right?! I am never going to this Starbucks again. I come to this starbucks everytime ! Even tho they always taking my order wrong!!!! But today i had enough there's always something missing in my order and when i get to the window they always give me attitude!! Like todday i went i order two cookie crumble chocolate chip frappe and two cookies and cream cake pop ! I get to the window and they only gave me 1 cookie and cream cake pop and 1 cookier crumble chocolate chip frappe i told them i had order two and two they madr me my 2nd drink and they gave it tp me all messy with a broken lit it was dropping all over my clothes and car the guy seen that and didn't bother to offer me napkins until i ask him for some napkins it seem they got bother because i told them i had order 4 items so im guessing thats wht they gave me my 2nd drink all messy they didn't gave it to me for free for them to act like that i paid for my items so i expect something good and great service!!!
