Yoshinoya Soto — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This place was okay. I got the shrimp walnut bowl. It was too sweet. Also I wanted the large shrimp box originally but the price listed is deceiving. You actually have to pay $1.60 more and it's in really small print (which no one can read from 8 feet away across the counter.) So they're hoping you're not gonna notice your lunch is almost $9 instead of $7. We caught it right away and I got the small bowl instead. I don't like that kind of deceptive advertising and don't plan to go there again.

Okay manager over at Yoshinoya's we all understand the importance of wearing a face mask, but ya might let your staff know there are many ways of letting a customer know this without being so rude!! Food was great but your customer service could use a little more help, and what's with the parking situation? Terrible!!! Too many cars that don't belong there taking up the spaces, hire a lot attendant...helllloooo and it won't hurt the employees to walk a little, too many employees at this location for them to be allowed...

Always and without fail they don't get my order right. When I order in the app I never get what I order especially when i place for delivery but today I placed an order for pick up and got double teriyaki chicken instead of the teriyaki steak. I wouldn't be upset if I wasn't charged extra for the steak. I should have checked in store but I was in a hurry. But this isn't the first time I get the wrong order and I call to get it fix but they say they completed it correctly and I'm...
