Subway — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I have been going these past 2 weeks of September 2017 around 5pm and they have really bad customer service. They are so rude aswell. And when my bf goes theyre also rude to him. I once asked for a salad the man (a fat white bearded guy) was going to chopp my salad so i told him i didnt want it chopped and he rolled his eyes and got mad because i told him i didnt want it chopped . He didnt even ask if i wanted it chopped or not. And so he looked at his other worker and they both laughed . Then another day i went and a lady was giving us attitude , she kept telling me "anything else"?! And i just starred like , im paying my food so i get to choose what i want! Same happened everytime i went these past 2 weeks , they all have bad customer service and attitudes. if they dont want to work , why work?! Im thinking i might get a nice person but no they all have bad attitudes ....

I got a mobile order went to pick it up and once I got home I noticed my subway footlong cookie was missing and I called in to let them know so they can either give me the cookie or refund me back that money and the lady had an attitude and said there's no cookies, so I said ok we'll wheres my refund for that item and she kept telling me, there's no cookies. I told her I wanted to speak to a supervisor and she said he wasn't there and to call back in 30 minutes which I called back in 40 minutes and ever since they don't pick up the phones anymore. I never had an issue here until now. I need answers from a supervisor or owner from this place. Why would they take that money if they don't have the items in stock and not even give a refund back if they don't...

This is one of my favorite subway! I tend to order online, so my bias on the service might be a little off. My sandwich have never disappointed. They always sauce it up and I love that. I’ve gone to a completely different subway, where they were really skimpy on the sauce, but this one does not hesitate with it! The staff is always nice. But I always order one online. On one occasion, I ordered online 6 raspberry cookies and when I got there they said they had ran out and could only give me 3. So they put different cookies in there to replace them. It made me sad only because, the raspberry cookie is their only good cookie. I wish I would have known they didn’t have anymore because I would not have brought the other 3...
