Subway — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I go here often because it's close to work. I like to get a ham and turkey sandwich (which is not on the menu board, but you can still order it) and they are pretty good about whatever special requests I have in person. I also like to get a meatball sub with veggies (toasted AFTER veggies are added) - it tastes like a calzone.

The customer service is okay - staff is never rude, but they're not extra friendly and sometimes they don't greet customers or notice when someone is out front.

As others have said, they can be slow. Also, one day when some employees were training the manager didn't help them (she just watched and told them what to do, but didn't actually help them do it) which slowed...
