My partner was in the hospital at Valley Presbyterian hospital, she had been there for over a week and had came in very ill, at this time she was doing much better and wanted subway because hospital food is...well, it is hospital food. So she placed an order on Uber Eats for pick up since this Subway was just down the street and I left to walk down to pick it up. As soon as I walk in, the lady working, a big girl with red hair told me right away that she can only accept cash...which was weird because I saw the CC machine and it appeared to be working fine but oh well, maybe there was a problem. I said "its fine, pick up for Kylee" so she grabs the sandwich that was ordered and then asks me to see the confirmation page on the phone. My partners phone that is with her at the hospital. I have placed pick up orders on Uber Eats a bunch of times and never needed to show anything. I told her I don't have the phone, I had the name , the debit card that was used to pay and she refused to give it to me, saying it's her bosses policy so I demanded to speak to her boss or manager and she tells me nobody is there right now. I argue with her, telling her I have all the info and I paid for it so she just grabs the sandwich and puts it away saying and I quote "well, you either go get your phone or you don't get it" she made me so mad, I threw a soda bottle at her (lol) I had to walk all the way back to the hospital, go.through all the security again and go upstairs, grab my partners phone and walk back. She was so rude and started arguing with me telling me that it was my fault and I told her she didn't have to be arguing with the customers.
