I have been coming to this Boba shop since I was 14 or 15 years old. In fact, this was the first place that I ever tried boba from. Once I had it for the first time, I never looked back. I’ve been a boba fanatic ever since! It’s one of my favorite drinks and this is one of my favorite places to come and get boba from. It’s a very small shop but they have a wide range of options as well as many toppings to choose from (e.g., jelly, leech, boba, popping boba). They have changed the atmosphere a bit and it’s now more up to date but, it’s simplicity is what makes this place special to me. They may not have the fanciest drinks or the most exotic drinks you can find but, it’s an honest small business providing delicious quality drinks at a fair price. Also unlike other boba shops, they do not charge you an extra fee for boba!!! I recommend My personal favorite; a large watermelon slushie with extra boba! They use REAL watermelon 🍉 to make their slushies and not any of that powder stuff (gross). So go on and check it out, I promise you won’t regret it! PS. Some of these pictures are from 2016 or 2017 so they look kind of blurry. I will be sure to update them once I get back to LA and grab some boba🥵

We've been here a couple of times, and the boba is always good, and so are their teas. The service is always good, and friendly. The store is in a small shopping center, tucked into the corner, so it is easy to miss. We got the Thai Tea and the Taro Milk Tea, and they were both yummy. The boba is soft, and fresh. They also have smoothies and all sorts of other drinks.

I’ve been here several times and the boba is always good. They have had health code violations before through and right now the have a “B” rating. It’s a bit concerning given that they only sell drinks. The back must be dirty.

Place was super dirty, windows were all splattered with unknown dried up liquids and etched on graffiti, dirty grimey floor and wood trim pieces covered in black dust/dirt, homeless guy sleeping out front (not that they can do anything about it but just to give an idea of the location), lots of menu items had aged yellowed masking tape over them indicating they’ve been out of stock for a long time, a Thai Iced tea was $4.75 and wasn’t that good. I was getting ghetto donut shop vibes from what was once a cool clean place to get a refreshing drink. The boba tasted old like it was sitting in a container fermenting for a couple days (almost tasted like wine.) Boba Loca is in need of a revamp and remodel. Would have given it 1 star but the one girl working there by herself was friendly at least. It looks like this place is never cleaned because I read a review left weeks ago that also mentioned the black...

Wanted something quick to drink on our way back to the Central Valley from Anaheim so I googled boba places in the area. This was the only place with good reviews. We ordered our drinks which i thought was a pretty easy process but somehow the guy behind the counter got my drink confused and put regular pearls when I asked for mango pearls. My husband finishes his drink while I wait for my new one with the correct pearls. The guy didn’t get what I wanted so we’re there for an extra 10 minutes after explaining what I wanted. The drink was good, but I probably wouldn’t...
