To say I wac displeased as an understatement. I made an online order yesterday for two sandwiches through the app. It gave me an estimated wait time of about 18 minutes 1 proceeded to drive over there to go pick up the order and it wasn't even started at the time that it said the pickup time will be ready. There was a woman in the front having a full-blown conversation with a different customer and after 5 minutes of me standing there a different employee came out from the back and ask me if was waiting for an order in which I replied yes letting him know that it said it was already done in the app and he informed me that he was working on it right now. Fast forward about another 7 minutes and he hands ne a bag and I go home. I get home open my sandwich and it is the most disappointing sandwich I've ever laid eyes on. For what I ordered my sandwich looked anorexic there was barely anything on it comparatively to what ordered I will never be returning to this location which sucks because this is the closest location to me and I do love Subway but the employees there just left a bitter taste in my mouth. Read morePlease note I have been eating at Subway for over 20 years and being a vegetarian. I have always ordered a veggie sub. I’ve used the subway in Porter Ranch the subway on Corbin Avenue by target the subway by the Winnetka theaters that went out of business and in many other locations Anytime I order a veggie sub. I am given four pieces of cheese, two thin pieces on each side of the roll of bread today, the gentleman put two pieces instead of four. When questioned he told me the owner has changed the rules. I just want to let you know. I will never use your subway again. I think it’s prejudicial against vegetarians who have a limited protein options to give them the smallest amount of protein possible. I’m sure you don’t limit your customers to two little skinny pieces of meat. Had your representative told me your franchise has cheaped out before he put anything on the bread I would’ve just walked out - in hindsight that’s what I should’ve done. I don’t go to Subway to have my protein skimped on and cut back from four thin pieces down to two. UPDATE: I am filing a law suit against this place for discrimination against me and my disability rights they have outrightly I came in on 2/9/25 and had the absolute worst experience I’ve had at this establishment yet, the employee saying stuff like “I don’t care about the law” and “we get complaints during the week” which is the most bold faced lie I’ve ever heard because I ONLY come to that subway on Saturday or Sunday ONLY.
